Habit 4 is actually very true! I used to take a long sleep on weekend hoping that I will get recharged and feeling more energetic to face another week, instead I was getting more tired and fatiged. Now, it has been 2 years since I started getting myself into hiking and running on the fix schedule, and it feels alot better. It’s all start with that one single step!
I used to live in Alberta, Canada, and especially during the winter, the days were so short. I would leave for school in the dark and return home in the dark. In those times, I tried to get as much daylight as possible by taking walks during breaks. Personally, I also found that taking daily Vitamin D really helped regulate my mood, since a lack of sunlight can affect our mood and cause swings 🌞
I did practice some habits and they're the best thing happened to me recently - I write, not only my daily tasks, my problems, but also my feelings and what I cherish every day, basically everything that I can remember. This makes me feel good when I can see there are tons of things I receive every day, I understand more about myself and remind myself to be better. - I wake up at 5:30 and bicycling around the beach, and now I can't live without it - I leave my phone far away from my bed and it helps me easier to sleep and also reduces a lots of onscreen time Thanks for your video, I love the passion you give and your voice is great.
Thank you for your kind words! ☺️ It sounds like you've already established so many great routines that boost your energy! Bicycling around the beach sounds like a dream! 🚲
So true regarding when your waiting somewhere, look around. I generally do when I'm waiting at the doctor's surgery. Look at people, smile at them rather than having your head stuck on your phone. Set an example, especially with children.
- Boosting energy levels is key for accomplishing more, not having more time. - Develop a "second brain" by writing tasks down to free mental capacity. - Morning sunlight exposure enhances sleep and energy throughout the day. - Limit screen time to give the brain rest and avoid fatigue. - Exercise regularly to increase energy levels and reduce fatigue. - Maintain strong social connections to boost energy and motivation.
Thanks! I use some of these and will use the others you discussed! Sometimes I use my phone opening screen as my "second brain". Whatever thought I want to be reminded of for a season, I put on my screen, so every time I open my phone I see it before I do anything else with the phone!👍
I confirm what you said about morning walks and getting the sunshine! WOW! What a boost of energy and also a boost of wellness of spirit! Thanks! Gresy advice!😍👍
You're not lazy-you're simply not in the habit of doing these things yet. I hope my video can serve as a gentle nudge towards your personal goals and help refresh your daily routine ❤️🔥

The Optimal Morning Routine - Andrew Huberman. This is interesting because literally 5min before I watched this I was looking at Andrew Hubermans morning routine, you would be surprised on how good red light or well the sun is for you......yes you should just get up and go outside instantly stretching yoga just exercising helps.....so does cold showers it may suck at first but it will make you a better person. Thank you hope I'm subscribed!!!
I'm so glad you found my video helpful and that you're exploring different methods to boost your energy! 🌞 I've tried cold showers as well, and even though I squeal every time, the aftereffects are absolutely mind-blowing!
These tips are incredibly helpful! I especially resonate with the idea of creating a 'second brain.' Trying to remember everything in my head can be so exhausting. I’m going to try to organize my thoughts and tasks more systematically. Thank you for sharing!
I really need to get the morning sunlight and also the journalling. For the others, I already do that. I need to be more consistent with the exercise, not when I feel like it. Thanks for the video🙏
Hi Good Morning Your way of speaking is very nice and you make great videos. Your skin is very beautiful. Can you make a video on your skincare routine?
Watching from Singapore - enjoyed the video and learning something new always ( on top of those similar things that I do). Your voice and videos are calming.
Thank you for your lovely video. I love your voice, your smile and your energy so much. I have followed your channel recently. Hope I will get lots of great lesson and impove my English level. Have a great day ^_^
“Hi! I really enjoy your videos, and I find your content very insightful. As a non-native English speaker, it would be really helpful if you could add Chinese subtitles to make it easier for us to understand fully. Thank you so much for your great work, and keep it up!” 谢谢你
Oh, thank you for your sweet comment and suggestion 💕 I’ll definitely keep it in mind for future videos. In the meantime, I’m cheering you on for an energy-filled day ahead!
I don't mean to complain, but it's kinda hard getting exposed to sunlight, when you work in the office from 9 to 5, and sun rises at 10am and sets at 4pm for 5 month straight.
Use your lunch break. Eat while you are walking outside. It might be just a few minutes but it will really reward you, especially if you haven't done it for a while. I have learned over the years, don't wait for the perfect conditions to get what you want. My father taught us "do the best you can with what you have at that time". For you, if the best you have is 5 minutes of sunshine, get 5 minutes! That's better than zero. I worked overnight at a factory for years. I went outside even just for our short breaks and looked at the stars. Being outside for just a few minutes made the long nights more tolerable and enjoyable. You got this!👍
I completely understand how challenging it can be to get sunlight when the days are short and your schedule doesn’t naturally align. I faced the same struggle, especially during my time in Alberta, where winters are long, and daylight is fleeting. I remember going to school in the dark and coming home in the dark. As another comment wisely suggested, making the most of your lunch break or even taking a short walk outside after work can make a world of difference. A little sun exposure goes a long way in lifting your mood and energy 🌞
As a fellow mom of two young boys, my heart is with you. I completely understand how you feel-I felt the same way when my kids were even younger. That’s why I created this video, hoping it could offer some comfort to moms during those challenging times: ruclips.net/video/rWNBvzYKTR0/видео.htmlsi=oGDa5gjC0YRGbOEE I hope it helps! 🙏
My dear sister, have you checked your iron levels recently? Low iron can really impact energy levels. My daughter was really struggling after she had her third baby, iron and folic acid really boosted her energy levels. Wishing you all the best. ❤

Years ago, during a heat wave, the news said not to go out between 10am and 2/3pm. I still follow that; I cannot miss my neighborhood walks! I'm usually out at 7am on the weekends.
Yes, I agree! Scorching heat is definitely not what we’re aiming for. On the hottest days of summer, I like to go outside in the early morning, when there’s enough sunlight but the temperature hasn’t yet heated up 🌞
Hello! I’m excited to let you know that you are one of the giveaway winners! I announced it through a RUclips post, on Instagram, and in a direct reply to your comment!
What to do if I wake up every day before the sun comes up ? I have ADHD and I’m in a vicious cycle of not getting enough sleep bc of my schedule. So that makes my ADHD feel even worse.
I actually wake up at 4:30 am every day, and the sun usually isn't up by then. I go for my run after I send my kids to school. So, you don’t necessarily have to see sunlight first thing in the morning if that’s not feasible. I suggest prioritizing it as soon as your schedule allows. I hope this answers your question! If not, please feel free to reach out again!
I paused the video and immediately went outside to take in the morning sun. I feel more energy already. Thank you!
