I keep trying to snag one for a great price at their tent sale but for now I'm good with the Active 2.0 that i picked up last year for a great price.
I went from the active 2.0 to the Adams pro and it was a night and day difference on the quality and noise level! The active 2.0 universal motor gets annoying quick. The Adams motor is super quiet. Worth the upgrade in my opinion
Thanks for the review. I have the Adams 2.0 for about 4 yrs. If I upgrade between the new Adams 2.0/ Active 2.3 which one is better overall in your opinion ? Thank you

I really dig the design. Looking at the Ava V6, it's definitely the unit rebranded, which is great in my opinion. Might just snag one up. Really appreciate all the information Josh, thanks!
The noise level was exceptionally on the quieter side, especially when compared to my constant running gas powered washer. Now I just have to figure out if I want to spend nearly $500 for this unit. I did see Adams is offering 20% off the $599.99 list price of the unit only with FREE shipping.
Beware, I've held out for that 20% discount only to find that it didn't apply to the pressure washers... just saying you may wanna see if the code even works on the pressure washer. Also use "Honey" internet browser extension, it auto populates discount codes
I can’t believe how the detailing industry has changed in just the last year to include the additional chemical companies and pressure washers. I can’t wait to see what is going to be show cased at SEMA this year
Josh, glad you got one of these for review. Based off your advice my Active 2.0 is rocking. I do like the form factor. Probably time to get an Adam’s steel braided hose for my Active 2.0.
I have two of the original pro ones. Heavy but I don’t move them except for maintenance. One for the mobile van and one for the shop. I love that I can switch the PSI as I need on them.
Yep I have one as well! They are great. I never understood the 3 position switch though. I think it was in case you were running really long hose it would continue running so it would be easier on the machine than having to restart with the extra back pressure
I am not a professional car detailer, but even if I was, I still like the small, cheap units. They put out enough pressure and I like the fact that they only put out 1.2 gallons of water, if I was in mobile detailing to save water. They typically have a high-pitch whine to them, but this can easily be solved by building a cheap enclosure that will absorb a lot of the noise. I am sure a unit like this will outlast the cheaper, smaller units, but you would have to go through 4-5 of the cheap units to break even.
Hey Josh! Sorry I am a few months late but catching up to your video posts slowly. Love this new unit. I even love the soap you paired your MJJC Foam Cannon with. What car soap did you use? It goes phenomenal amounts of foam like the Adams Megafoam which is one of my personal favourites.
Nice review. Nice unit as well. Would like it to have a little more GPM but, like you said, once it breaks in it should perform better. That noise level though... awesome! More in line with the BigBoi products. I might not have to wear plugs with this unit. lol
Josh, I took your advice two years ago to buy the Adams pro washer because it was so quiet, and I am super pleased with it. Is this new machine as quiet as the one I have or is it quieter? Thanks again for the advice.
Great test and info. The basic package would be very welcoming for those who seek a nice compact Quiet PW and well-performing unit. Once again, Adam provides the public a very good product.

Hey Josh, a few things that I noticed when looking into this pressure washer. At the end of the video, after comparing the Adams to the Active unit, you stated that the Adams 2.0 (basic) is $699. According to Adams website, it's $599. Also there is a sitewide 25% off sale right now which brings the price down to $450 USD (pre tax) with free shipping. So a nice value to be sure. Also, you didn't mention if the Adams unit is serviceable or not. I think that's important in a pro (sumer) level induction motor pressure washer. Thanks for bringing this unit to my/our attention with your great review.
Seeking some advice, I’ve been watching a lot of your RUclips videos on some of the pressure washers and I’m trying to see which one is best up to 400 and which has the best quality. I’ve been looking at the Adam’s 2.0 pro that you opened that had no wheels and I saw the Ava models which I’m looking at the one with wheels. Not use if there are any others worth looking at. I also seen the Adam’s 2 or 3.0 that was black and had wheels but unsure of quality. The Ava with wheels looks a tad strange but similar to the Adam’s. Just looking for the best quality for the least but up to 400. Thanks and hope this reaches you. Dave
I wish Adam's sold that little adapter with the male quick connect separately so you could use it for the AVA pressure washer and use whatever hose you wanted to with their pressure washers.

We'll likely purchase one of these around Black Friday and mate it to the Uberflex hose and the MJJC Pro V2 we purchased off of your site. Cheers and thanks for the review, Josh.
Nice but a bunch of units out there 1/4 of the price and same output
I’m getting 1.75gpm at 1000psi on my harbor freight pressure washer that I got for $50
The green one?
@@Andresthebigkat yes but you need to get the correct model number that gives the better results
Nice unit, but expensive
2.0 kind of like the active theme. Price too high for about the same as my active. Parts are probably even higher quality but double the price I’ll pass
Now that I'm using an electric pressure washer with all quick fittings everything is great except one thing!!!
Not having a hose reel blows!! I don't want a freaking 500 dollar reel that knows when ur done and rolls itself up while ur sipping gatorade. He should have built in a hose reel .
Agree! I’m looking for a hose reel next
Why....when the Active 2.0 exist for nearly half the price
What orifice did you have in foam cannon?
Have you tried the new harbor freight pressure washer hose? Supposed to be kink resistant and even looks like Uber flex?
See his review
🎉
Adam’s just said fuck it. Let’s scam people now. That price is a joke
$599? I guess it's not for the weekend warrior.
am at 700$ with my car washing setp with a 160$ ryobi .. does fantastic job , i guess it just depend how you spread your bread .. but yeh they went hard on the price i wont encourage it
@@kevinleclerc1749 I am close to that as well if not more with some polishers I bought. Too many than I need actually. I love them. But a 15 year old Ryobi is still going strong but got a Husqvarna with a little more PSI. Not much luck on the foam cannon which I have too many including MJJC. Changed the orifice to the 1.25(?) one and still no go. Good foam but not shaving cream type. In one way I like it as it does drag the dirt down as its dripping.
Way too expensive for a weekend warrior!
My guy what’s the details on your new shop and it’s polishing classes bro. Need the SDaygo love asap. Go padres.
Have you tried the product from pan the organizater? He has his own brand now. Called (clean)😮
I just got the coatings and the rest of the line is on the way
N E V E R PTO!
Ever
PTO 🤡
@@CC_MarauderI like pan.
$600 Lmao, good one
That’s the worst placement for an electric motor in the event of a water leak. I don’t care if it has a cover, that’s way too expensive to make that gamble.
Their pricing is a joke!
I don’t get it. A pressure washer is a pressure washer. It’s only function is to squirt water under pressure
So who manufactures this washer? All adams does is rebrand and jack up the price.
Nvm question answered
I think the washer that looks like a tesla truck that says 2.0 on the side is the one to get!
