@@theBtotheJ23 That’s the big question as you could have the best customer service to the country you are in, but move into another market their idea of customer service maybe very different as well. Big Boi is finding that out right now. U.S. market is very vocal and want results right now. I have no experience with them, but the products are pretty solid, well built, innovative, etc. it is not for me though as I like to upgrade and pick and choose my setup. This is for those that want the whole setup picked out for them. I will say that spray gun trigger makes the SGS28 trigger feel like a ton of bricks. It’s crazy good as almost no force is needed to hold it down. Plus moving into a new market it takes time to build the inventory for parts, figure out how many customer server I’ve reps needed, etc. you won’t know till you get the units out there and see how well they sell to build it out.

The unit is compact, light weight, and came with all the necessary accessories. The foam cannon is excellent, the long hose is very handy, and the extendable wand so useful. I’m confused and I believe at least one other reader has the same questions. Can I but an adapter here in the states that will allow me to connect any of the readily available hoses? If so, thenI can attach all my favorite accessories that I already own and use. I am not crazy about the bulky looks of AVA’s accessories.
I would be interested in the Go if I can put it in a wall mount setup, but I need a minimum 50’ hose for my situation.

The P70 & P80 are really popular in Europe. The Evolution & Master packages offer a lot of bang for buck (extremely powerful with great water flow and a bunch of accessories).
Make sure you get Ava's premium foam cannon. The Ava standard foam cannons go through snow foam very quickly, it wastes a lot of product.
The Ava premium foam cannons also come in a set of 3, with 2 lids. So you can load all your liquids at once.
The P70 & P80 pressure washers are also very good at cleaning patios, driveways and garden furniture. The turbo nozzle & premium patio cleaner are really effective, they're a lot better than Karcher in my opinion.
In Europe, the above mentioned pressure washers also come with a 20yr warranty.

If you are going through a pressure washer every year, think about something that is rebuildable (AR Blue, Kranzle, even Active 2.3). If you are doing enough business to burn up pressure washers, you have the cash flow to fit a full on pro unit in the budget.
