Thanks for the update on the quick connects since I noticed in your video you showed 6 of them on the tailgate but I guess you already had 2 installed on the kink free hose. I see now there are 8 in the pack. Great video! I wanted an easy way to clean our new boat and I HATE using our gas power pressure washer and hose that will just loop up and kink if I stare at it long enough. Man great content. Liked and subbed!
Best video out there for this unit, thanks for taking out all the guesswork so the weekend warrior can get his detail on!
🙏🏻 Thank you!
Also, some friendly advice for someone wanting to use their pressure to make money:
Put in whatever tip you wanna use and give it a pull. Then spray at the ground for a second or two.
This just ensures the tip is locked in. The last thing you wanna do is be expecting to get paid to detail a car and then having to replace a window or get a dent pulled and painted.
Great tip! No pun intended
I do it all the time just me. I did it to my old car and learned quick before detailing other people. Btw wearing flip flops don’t aim it at your foot you won’t have a fun time
@@AutoHeadzdid u keep the 1.25 or switch it for the 1.1 oriface
@@nickhardner6691 I switched to the 1.1
@@AutoHeadz ok
Purchased a majority of this setup a year ago and it has made detailing way more enjoyable!
That’s great to hear. Such a nice setup!
I purchased everything in this video and for a home set up to wash 2-3 cars a week it is amazing. Thanks for putting this video up. Highly recommend this set up. Car detailing is now so much more enjoyable.
Great video. Every single thing I despise about pressure washing is resolved by the upgrades you mentioned. Quick connects, flexible hose, swiveling gun, I need all these upgrades!
Wow! What a great comment!
Such a nice and easy video for people starting with pressure washers and stuff. I’ll be getting this setup since I already checked online everything you suggested. Thanks a lot for this!
Thank you so much for the great comment. I think so too. 😃
I’m trying to win an Amazon competition this month. If you use the links I provided in the 1st comment or video description when you decide to purchase I’d really appreciate the help.
Thanks again for watching man. ✌🏻

Thanks a million for this demonstration and very detailed parts descriptions! Your awesome!!!
Your awesome! Thanks!!
You’re the man! I was looking for a better way with my existing Ryobi power washer as opposed to investing in a newer option. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Awesome video man, just starting to get into this pressure washer/foam cannon stuff and you just gave me my setup man, amazing step by step informative video❤️
My pleasure brother. This is an absolutely sweet setup. Did you get the stuff yet? Let me know how it works out?
@@AutoHeadzAfter using this setup a couple times on my truck, it makes washing it a breeze and enjoyable, such a great setup at an affordable price too.
@@driddick80Such a great little kit. It’s therapy for me at this point lol.
Its interesting to see that Ryobi is just rebranding a pressure washer, just like westinghouse has done. I got the westinghouse one a few years ago and I really like it. Ill be doing these upgrade for sure. Thanks for the video.
favorite video on youtube. Thanks for all the great tips!
Wow, thanks!
Great content. I’m gonna copy this exact setup. Thanks!
That’s awesome enjoy it! Once you get it all set up let me know how you like it.
Thank you for this video. Starting a mobile detailing business from scratch and this really helps.

Hey! Thank you so much for the video!! I’ve been thinking about getting a Uberflex for my Karcher and you’ve just sold me on it!

Great to hear!
Thank you. I always give a thumbs-up & comment on videos that are almost at the level of public service, which this is!
So nice of you to say! Having a set up like this is such a game changer. What other content would you enjoy seeing?
After watching this video i bought everything from this setup, the best setup i had thank you 💯
Great to hear!
thank you so much. im truly grateful for this video. i just ordered the pressure washer, the quick connects, the foam cannon, the hose and the swivel gun.
Awesome man! You will love the setup. Let me know how you like it after you get it all going. Happy detailing!
Perfect Video! Just what I needed. Thanks!
Wow! Thank you!!
At 2:47 it appears you wrap the teflon tape counterclockwise. It should be wrapped clockwise so it will not bunch up when you screw in the fitting. Moreover if there is a rubber grommet/washer, you do not typically need teflon tape. In any case, thanks for the video and the useful tips.
Yes, thank you, I am aware of this and noticed the mistake after recording. Good eye! Lol
I like using Teflon to help prevent brass corrosion which inevitably will cause leaks.
wow thank you for that tip i prolly wouldve kept applying that stuff wrong rest of my life
Yea I noticed that too !!!
Looked for this comment😂
@@geeznzeez9464technically the knob used to tighten it down spins counterclockwise but…..yes RUclips comment section rules all. Lol
That set up rocks, THANK YOU!
The video you shot was with that pressure washer 1.2 GPM? Also was that the stock orifice that came with the Canon? Or did you change It to what size?
Great video thanks
Fantastic tutorial!
Thank you!
The reason you're running out of soap is because you're using too little water. Your foam looks like shaving cream. It's supposed to be thick, not solid. It needs water.
This is the exact set up I have but I have a mtm sgs35 acqualine I love that thing
What a perfect setup. I haven’t tried that out yet. I’ll have to look into it. Thanks for checking the video out, I really appreciate it.
Thx for info been looking for pressure washers
Your welcome man. Thanks for checking out the video.
🙏🏽 I was just about to get rid of this one but you just saved it I got to go pick all that up
Oh man it’s a game changer. Let me know how you like the upgrades.
Love the video, good work!
Thank you!
I bought it all with your links! Great video!
Thank you sooooo much!
I appreciate you brother.
love it that's how i started
Thanks man!
Glad I ran across this. I bought my own house recently and picked up that same Ryobi pressure washer and hated the hose / wand it comes with especially using my foam cannon. Gonna pick up all these attachments and you made my search super easy.
I’m glad you found the video helpful! How are you liking your setup?
@@AutoHeadz It's been way nice! Only thing I gotta figure out is a reel for the pressure washer hose since winding it up by hand sucks. Other than that it takes me 5 minutes to get going!
I'll probably upgrade to an active pressure washer for more water output for my big truck. It likes to dry before I fully get finished hand washing if it's a sunny day. But having everything on quick connects makes life so much better.
@@BlueSharkRidesGood man. Well stay tuned. My review of the Active 2.3 will be out next week! 🔥
@@AutoHeadzshould i get that instead of this
Enjoy your videos, some great tips and products you are recommending!
Thanks a lot man I got a bunch of really great detailing videos with some of the best new products coming out soon! Thank you for the great comment and kind words.
Very helpful thank you
Thanks for the video. Saw the mass plates. Looking at getting the mjjc cannon. I have a sun joe pressure washer do you know what model i need to connect to that. I purchased the quick connects you linker in video. Im assuming the 1/4 inch connect mjjc will do?
Thanks for the recommendations & detailed reviews! I have the 1600 PSI version of the Ryobi (got a great deal on it) but the gun/hose that comes with it isn't the best. The upgrades you mention aren't exactly inexpensive now but I might slowly upgrade it over time. I can see the benefit in the quick connects, hose & gun. I could probably save some money with a shorter hose.
You are welcome!
Yeah, I see the prices go up and down week to week. The quick connects are a MUST in my opinion. Uber flex hose is probably the next must have. Thanks for the great comment.
Got the same pressure washer a few years ago, it’s a beast for sure!
It’s amazing!
Can you use to clean sidewalks or is it not powerful enough
@@nics8040
Depends on what degree nozzle you use but, yes it can clean a sidewalk.
@@nics8040 Absolutely. It’s surprisingly powerful for the size.
Nice setup. I am using a Sun Joe 2250psi but with the same hose, love the flexibility and extra length. The gun looks really good and think I will have to order one.
Thank you! The gun is fantastic, especially for the price.
@@AutoHeadz My gun doesnt have a swivel, but the quick connect fitting lets it turn some. Not smooth like that gun. Do you know of a fitting I could buy separately?
I'm about to purchase this setup per your recommendation! Thanks!
You are going to love it. Let me know how it goes after your first wash. ✌🏻
Thank you for information good job brother
Thank you so much for saying that. I really do appreciate it. 🙏🏻
Great video, thank you!
My pleasure man. I appreciate you saying that. I got more stuff that I think you will like coming soon. Keep in touch.
This video was invaluable in creating my own setup in my garage. I made a video with it on my channel, so thank you for this.
Just watched it. Very nice setup. Glad I could help!
Glad I found this video. I have the same pressure washer and I absolutely hate the hose it came with
Thank you checking it out. My next video is a detailed review of the top 4 highest reviewed hoses on amazon.
YES!! My Ryobi is still holding strong for over 6yrs. The first 3yrs, I ran in it with hard water and didn't maintain it at all. For the price, its worth it.
It’s an absolute steal! Love it!
What have you done to maintain it the other 3 years?
Thanks for the heads up on this royobi pressure washer. It worked great for the first use. I just brought it yesterday. I also brought the quick connect kit, along with the short nozzle.
No problem man. I kind of feel bad. The price has gone up a bit since I first purchased mine. They are constantly selling out everywhere. Fantastic deal still though.
@@AutoHeadzI think you linked Amazon for the pressure washer but HD still has it for $99.
I'd recommending 3d nanopail super soap would be the best for new detailers. you can order them with a 3/4oz pump and only 1 pump is needed for a full 32oz foam cannon makes it so easy! Also that ryobi PW is always $50 for black friday
Wow thank you! I’ll definitely try that out.
Buying this exact setup based on your recommendation (using your links of course). Will report back. Thanks for putting this together.
Awesome, thank you!
The most DETAILED video I have seen on RUclips!!! Literally step by step!!!! I appreciate it bro, AWESOME VIDEO!!!!
I appreciate that!
@@AutoHeadzhow about if your vehicle is ceramic coated & which is recommended? Thanks!
@timothyizzett4984 Yes. I use a ceramic coating twice a year and I also use it on new parts I order like headlights, taillights and new wheels. I like this stuff - amzn.to/49U0wHn
@@AutoHeadz do you strip it all off then every 6 months? Like deep wash, decon wash, clay, cut remove, then reapply?
@@hotwater8473Yes. I recently switched to using turtle wax ceramic spray amzn.to/45bLP1b It’s amazing and takes 10 minutes to apply. I have kids now and can’t justify spending hours doing a true ceramic.
I bought that mckilians gun love it
Yeah man. It’s a beast. Big fan.
Pretty much same setup but I'm using the RidgeWasher foam cannon. Its the sleeper of the foam cannons. I was fed up with all these crap foam cannons and was about to cough up the dough for an MJCC but on a whim decided to try one more cheap cannon. This Ridgewasher is putting out that thick foam from the Ryobi pressure washer all for only $20 and comes with a nice quality wash mit as well.
I also couple that factory hose that comes with the Ryobi to the Uberflex hose which give me a total of 75ft of hose. This allows me to leave the Ryobi in the garage with the door shut without having to sacrifice any length of the 50ft Uberflex. This virtually makes that high pitch sound of an electric pressure washer completely silent. Totally makes the car wash process much more therapeutic.
That’s an awesome setup. I do the same
thing. I leave the pressure washer in the garage and yes it’s so nice not hearing that thing going lol.
Thank you for this video.!! I’ve been looking for this type of video regarding supplies and that they won’t kill your wallet.. Thx!
My pleasure! You can’t beat this setup for the price. Happy detailing!
Thanks a lot that was useful 🤙
My pleasure. Thanks for the great comment. Have fun 🤙🏻
You should look at the "AVA" brand pressure washers if you can get them over there. They come with most of these upgrades as standard and have a 10 year warranty... Fantastic machines 😃
I have the same kit and it's awesome that you did literally EVERYTHING the same. Flexzilla hose with quick releases - foam canon etc. What's your solution for the power cord? That's the one thing I dislike about it - the onboard storage strap is awful
Will these upgrades work with the Harbor Freight Portland pressure washer?
Awesome, thanks!
My pleasure!
I have a Sun joe pressure washer I have to use an adapter for my Uber flex hose a m22-15 to m22-14 adapter do u think I’ll still be able to use quick connects
Tks! Just bought a used ryobi pressure washer $60 and will buy the rest of the stuff from your video post. Thanks so much for making this video.
Thank you so much for saying this! Love hearing this. Enjoy the setup 🙏🏻
@@AutoHeadz ur welcome. Videos like this are very helpful and save people a lot of time when you share your experience on what works and what doesn’t.👍👍
Excellent video. Thanks
Thank you for saying that! Thank you so much.
@@AutoHeadzJust ordered my upgrade quick connect. Thanks again.
@honestnewsnet Enjoy it!
@@AutoHeadzDid you read the 1 star reviews on this quick connect kit? Very dangerous. Take a look at the 1 star reviews.
I have similar pressure washer. Will try new hose
Best of luck. That Uberflex is an absolute game changer! Have a good weekend man, thanks for watching.
What is your mixture of soap to water in your foam cannon...Thx..
What's great about the upgrades each piece can be purchased one at a time or all at once depending on one's finances.
Absolutely
The tips you link are 4.0 GPM, is that the right size for the ryobi???
Hi im from the uk and we have different types of hoses is there a adapter that can convert it to uk hose?
How would this set up work using a water tank vs a water hose and water source set up?
What head nozzle size attachments would you get for this?
How about karcher k2 power vps or k2 420 ?
can someone tell me if the active 2.0 gpm is worth the money over this ryobi one?
which nozzle are you using?
What swivel gun to uber hose connector do i need?
Bought the hose you recommended, just wondering if you have any suggestions regarding a hose reel suitable for this exact hose
This will my next video. I am in the middle of testing as we speak.
Does this pressure washer work on 220v electricity?
What is your ratio of water to soap in your canons?
I like your video, coincidentally I also enjoy reviewing high pressure car washing machines👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Thank you! Nice man.
Quick connects are hands down the best upgrade. Literally every upgrade is optional, but having quick connects changes power washing from an annoyance to a hobby
Lol! Well said! I have become obsessed. It’s therapy at this point honestly.
Im 14 and about to buy this setup for my carwashing business thank you!!!
Awesome man. You are going to kill it! You are a hustler! Work hard, be professional and you can make just as much as anyone else. Keep me posted on your success!!!

i just bought everything in this video except for the power washer & its amazing. really changes the experience of washing cars.
Isn’t it great?! Hard to beat for the price. I have a bunch of great content I will be sharing soon. Stay tuned!
@@AutoHeadz i've been washing cars for a while week & the experience is truly magnificent. just night & day difference compared to using stock stuff. i'm looking forward to buying a 3mm orifice nozzles
@jettangeles2707 that’s awesome man. It really makes washing your car a whole new experience. Enjoy!!!
I bought those same quick disconnects a couple of years back for my Ryobi pressure washer. They were leaky junk, returned them to Amazon after a single use.
That’s weird. Had mine for 3 years no issues
Man I wish this ryobi unit was available in Australia, we only have the akward stand up models with wheels.
You can’t get it on Amazon?
Would this setup be ok for matt paint? Thanks for a great video!
Thank you. Yes. The soap is PH neutral. Just be gentle with washing. Nice plush mitt if making contact with paint.
Great video l got this Robyi for Father’s Day what type of orifice nozzle tip do I need for safe car washing. Thanks
Thank you!
I use a 25 (green tip) or a 40 (white tip) here is a link for the pack - amzn.to/3XmXaHA
Appreciate the content provide, keep it coming.
Thank you! I absolutely will.
I'm about to follow this set up but a bit concerned about some of the reviews on the Twinkle quick connects. Some of the reviews says this part is poorly manufactured and failed, shooting the hose 15 feet almost damaging the car. Another review said these only lasted a few usages until they strip, leaked and failed. Should I trust this product? Are there better quick connects? What's your experience with it so far? Thanks
Iv bought several of these twinkle brand kits and never had any issues at all. I’m willing to bet that the very few people that have issues are most likely not using the correct fittings for their pressure washer setup.
The JOSHV kit right here, lol
right
Good thing the
Awesome setup! Any brushes/scrubbers and drying supplies you recommend?
Thank you! This is the stuff that I currently use. All amazing stuff. Hope this helps.

Sweet setup. Hace you tried the Fierce Jet hose instead of the uberflex?
No I haven’t, should I?
@@AutoHeadz Saw them at a few commercial car washes and then bought both the 1 wire and 2 wire versions. My guys are impressed
Nice! I’ll have to try it out
+1 on the quick connects. The stock Ryobi screws are an absolute pain in the ass. It will rust and it will be a pain. Mine became impossible to remove and the hose was just permanently part of the washer.
Thanks for the heads up. What screws are you talking about?
I think he means the m22 threads coming off machine that hooks to factory hose. I bought an Uber flex & snapped my pump trying to get mine off lol. I’m looking at this small ryobi 1800 or the active 2.0 for my replacement
