Hopefully Aston Martin's hypercar project will somehow ended with Lance having no choice but to move there
Honestly Lance will be a great WEC driver. Qualis are not so important there, he was 5th in Daytona in the past when He was only 17 (!) y.o.
@@purokujunior4720 Couldn't agree more. At this point Le Mans 24h would be doable for him.
No Lance no Alonso at Aston Martin, no podiums. If you are not an Alonso fan then fine, otherwise seems wrong to complain about the rough when you got the smooth
@@Lovit-vk5fg Nah, Lance will have to go, Alonso will stay. So, it's either Tsunoda or Drugovich at this point.
Josh Revell is going to rate you for this one Will.
We all are...
This is the first one driver predictions for ‘25 I agree with, mostly. The sauber one is a bit left field though.
One might say it's baloney.
Honestly fuck knows what will be going on at Sauber
It could be anyone
Maloney appears to be a very realistic choice. I couldn't agree more.
It might seem far-fetched but he already stole the attention after his semi-horrible 2023 F2 campaign.

“Still, I got my views so I don’t care” 😂
Oh boy this could go wrong...
it usually does...
Could????
@@JohnSmithShields nahhh it already did
@@FP1Will All that awaits Sainz in Merc being a second fiddle to Late boy so I think he will go with audi since they have a history of dominating WEC and whole VAG group have a history of dominating in any motorsport branch whenever they feel like it.
@@kag8394 unless mercedes have gotten tired of latte boy and go for an insane driver swap, that would be fun
I agree with your picks. Too bad Boeing will be taking your proceeds for the 737 remark. LOL
Sargent to Indycar's New Prema team
i honestly think the window licker will be replaced by tsunoda next year, with the saudis now having a say in the aston driver lineup and yuki having honda connections.
Zhou getting called slow is hilarious af
This looks like one of those “I simulated 10 seasons in F1 23”
While Stroll could be nailed down for 2025, I could see him getting the heave-ho to Aston's new WEC squad and Tsunoda moving up to Aston to help with the transition to Honda power.
I do seem him hopping to the WEC or even IMSA, hope it's the latter so I can see him at my home track in Detroit
Welp Carlos no longer has a seat for 2025 knowing Will’s prediction history…
That would be WILD
Maloney to Sauber would be one great redemption arc
Yapping levels today 📈📈📈
I'll sort of miss Stingray Lawson. Well there is always Saube, perhaps/never/always.
This video could have been an email…
Really stretching to hit 10 mins there
A couple of months ago, this silly season was looking like it was going to be incredibly interesting. Now it looks like the only moves will be Lewis and Carlos.
🤣🤣
“That one time Checo wasn’t backing up his teammate when he needed it to be”. If you mean Australia, do I need to remind you he qualified p3, and could have good pace from there. Don’t fool yourself
Where did he finish again?
@@FP1Will We dont talk about that
4:07 how does he manage to look like a grandma? He's a 17y/o boy any yet he has the same hair, glasses and glass holding cord thingy my granny used to have^^
My Prediction:
Red Bull: Verstappen, Pérez
Ferrari: Leclerc, Hamilton
McLaren: Norris, Piastri
Mercedes: Russell, Antonelli
Aston Martin: Alonso, Stroll
RB: Tsunoda, Lawson
Haas: Hülkenberg, Magnussen
Williams: Albon, Colapinto
Sauber: Pourchaire, Sainz
Alpine: Ocon, Gasly
Btw. I hope that Bottas will be driving in 2025, i just don't think so
I agree with this prediction unless Hulk goes to Audi along with Carlos
Finally sum realistic hahaha
Nah, Sainz wouldn't want to go driving a Sauber. Pourchaire still is poor in terms of a champion.
Remember his last F2 title campaign, he almost got beaten by a fucking Teddy Bearman.
I still believe Lance should go to WEC, and Aston Martin should sign Tsunoda a year early. That would put Lawson and Ricciardo at Racing Bulls. As for Alpine, Doohan is gonna be there next year. I'd be surprised if he didn't get a seat. Gasly likely becomes the odd man out, or goes to Sauber if they don't keep a young driver in their second seat.
If this scenario happens, will be Lawson and Iwasa or Lawson and Hadjad. No way Ricciardo is gonna be in the team for 2025 season.
@@retromaniaco_br7422 Indeed. DR is pretty much done in F1

@@FP1Will 💯 keep up the great work dude
As crazy as it sounds, here is my prediction:
Ferrari: Hamilton/Leclerc
Red Bull: Verstappen/Perez
Aston Martin: Alonso/Drugovich
McLaren: Norris/Piastri
Mercedes: Russell/Sainz
VISA RB: Tsunoda/Lawson
HAAS: Magnussen/Zhou
Sauber: Bottas/Hulkenberg
Williams: Albon/Antonelli
Alpine: Gasly/Ocon
Yes, this is without Stroll after considering the hypercar project for 2025, which means Stroll will have no excuse to stay and Lawrence definitely wants his son to go elsewhere so he won't be biased. And I wonder why people do forget Drugovich here, he was pretty much a talented driver at one point and he deserved a seat and being mentored by Alonso. Next, Russell and Sainz will be a surprise, or not really considering their chemistry, it's like Magnussen and Hulkenberg in a way. For the rest, Ricciardo is done so I doubt he will get any seat and may just stay as Red Bull test driver or go somewhere else such as Indy Car or IMSA where he will shine there - bro is honorary American after all. Next, I doubt that seeing Bearman's campaign so far he will get a seat, and neither does Pourchaire or Zane so I wouldn't see that much of change going to 2025. Zhou deserved a better seat than that tractor, so I'm going to put him in a HAAS - people underestimate his pace last season, beating Bottas occasionally and getting some important points for the team, and also they don't want to repeat their mistake by signing up rookies such as Mazepin or Mick, so Bearman will stay as their development program. This means Magnussen will stay and Hulkenberg will be looking for a better opportunity as Sauber seems to get better next season and they want a stability because Zhou is 24 and not really a figure needed to give maximum feedback for the car. Albon will stay, and Antonelli will get his chance, doesn't matter his result so far, he has been driving incredibly this season. Alpine want stability so Gasly and Ocon will stay with French being, well, French as they already found a way to battle with the mid-pack and only the matter of time before they are going to rise like the typical French.
My predictions for next year:
RedBull: Verstappen/Perez
RB:Tsunoda/Lawson
Mercedes: Russel/Antonelli
McLaren: Norris/Piasri
Williams: Albon/ -
AstonMartin: Stroll/Alonso
Ferrari: Leclerc/Hamilton
Sauber: Hulkenberg/Sainz
Haas: Magnussen/Bearman
Alpine: Gasly/Ocon

@@johnbarnes6341 no because I don't think they will remain with Sargeant but I also don't know which other driver they could have instead.
@@johnbarnes6341 🤣🤣🤣🤣
5:49 I’m surprised you’ve taken to the Antonelli hype too although not to as much as an extent as loads of others
The family and management team were smart with their strategy for the carreer of the kid, but right now, he's not showing all he had. My 2 cents
@@Goozalo True, though Prema's recent expansion (Indycar plans plus running the Lamborghini Hypercar team) probably hasn't helped there.
I've been predicting Ricciardo - Maloney at Sauber for a while now, but Bottas is probably safer. Glad someone else sees Maloney's potential though, every race is an overtaking masterclass. Last year he was brilliant wheel to wheel but struggled with tyres, this year he's fixed it, and if Prema keep diddling themselves, and Martins remains French, then he could win F2 quite comfortably...
Will someone pick up Alex palou, and his strategist. So he can spank F1 instead
Of indycar
starting this video i predict fp1will is going to try everything to rationalize keeping daniel on the grid
oof
Yup…
Daniel may have to face the reality he's lost his knack and never be a contender again - then taking the development driver role he's had since renault by joining Audi.
How to make Will look sane:
Bed Bull: Verstappen & Perez
Ferrari: Hamilton & Leclerc
Mercedes: Russell & Albon
McLaren: Piastri & Norris
Aston Martin: Alonso & Tsunoda
RB: Lawson & Hadjar
Haas: Hulk & Bearman (Coming to theaters in 2026)
Williams: Ocon & Antonelli
Sauber/Audi: Sainz & Pourchaire
Alpine: Gasly & Doohan
This is based off the Aston Martin Hypercar project being ready in 2025. To allow Lance to "spearhead" the effort to win the WEC title in their first season.
edited after @fritsieboiker8449 pointed out i missed out sainz. i am a moron.
albon lmao what a mid driver
Aston will run into problems finding gold-class driver they have to pull Lance out from F1
So Sainz without a drive?
@@fritsieboiker8449 yeah this makes no sense to have Carlos sidelined.
Replace albon with sainz
Albon doesn’t like racing too hard
Out of all the reserve drivers Lawson deserves a seat tbh
I still scratch my head at why they went with DR over Lawson. I like DR, he has great vibes and energy, but I never thought he was that good of a driver. Lawson impressed when he was in the car, DR never has impressed me. He has a few race wins that he got ALOT of help to get.
@@junkiexl86 so true Lawson has a better vibe and he has proven he's worth to be in F1 , don't forget Lawson was the one who took that same Alphatauri/RB into Q3 and kicking out Max 🤯 from Q3🤣
At Singapore ** last year
I think will be like this:
RB: Max and Perez
Ferrari: Leclerc and Lewis
McLaren: Norris and Piastri
Mercedes: Russell and Antonelli
Aston: Alonso and Stroll
RB Cash: Tsunoda and Lawson
Haas: Hulk and KMag
Williams: Albon and Gasly
Kick: Sainz and Theo
Alpine: Ocon and Doohan
Hot take: Gasly moves to Williams after getting fed up with Alpine. Williams becomes the RB rejects team.
on jack doohan you need to remember that there is racing in his blood Mick Doohan
who won five consecutive 500 cc World Championships.
mick doohan and Michael Schumacher lived next to each other in Moncao at one time.
Doohan counts F1 legend Michael Schumacher as a childhood mentor.
so did mick Schumacher and we all saw how well that turned out
My Prediction
Red Bull: Checo, Max
Ferrari: Lewis, Charles
Mclaren: Oscar, Lando
Merc: Russell, Seb (Hopefully)
Aston: Lance, Alonso
Alpine: Gasly, Ocon
Haas: Ollie Bearman, Nico
Williams: Antonelli, Albon
Kick: Sainz, Bottas
RB: Tsunoda, Lawson
I am unironically the biggest Zane Maloney Fanboy EVERRRRR🎉🎉
Same, because we have the same birthday
I followed the hype on Antonelli(he's got to earn Kimi) and tuned in to F2 but it was all about Zane Maloney
Oh, Hulk goes to audi, fuuny
"... will be completely wrong in a couple of weeks."
Not even 2 weeks, hah!
I have as much of a chance of getting that Sauber seat as Maloney does.
Audi 2026 is a very enticing prospect for drivers.
I totally agree with you. As a German, I would love to see Hulk racing for a german team, but I don't see him going to Sauber when he actually seems to have a good chance of getting point with Haas. Also he probably has no 0 chance of getting a Merc seat. If he is still on the grid in 2026 or 2027, he could join Audi, but he will probably finish his carreer at Haas.
Hulk to Audi is a good call
@@Lovit-vk5fg Why though?
Audi want him, but why would he want to drive for them when the Audi team is basically going to be Stake with a paint job?
Audi are going to shake things up and improve facilities, something might happen

I know it’s controversial, but I think Toto wants either Verstappen or Antonelli. He knows that he has to take a risk and as good as Carlos is right now, I don’t think he is the right fit for Mercedes nor as exciting as these other two choices. There has also been talk in the german media that supposedly Mercedes upper management are willing to offer Max an insane contract. I guess we’ll have to wait and see…
not a chance in hell lmao
money over a good car - verstappen wont make the same mistake danny-boy did. he loves winning too much. plus i'm sure personal sponsorships for being world champ would offset any extra cash Mercedes are willing to give him
he wants Antonelli but he doesn't want to put him in a shit car and blow the kid up. that's why he'd like to have at least one year with an experimented driver to push a bit further the development and allow Antonelli to enter later in a better car.
@@mattcurr9931 you don't understand. here, with the 2026 regs coming soon, staying at Redbull would be a HUGE gamble. Mercedes has a better plan. well prepared unlike Redbull with Ford and RB Powertrains who will have to redo everything and find another performance path with the new package. Max can't afford to gamble this much. even a weak Mercedes will be better than a "we don't know if Redbull's gonna perform". but hey, Formulix are everywhere. what can we do?
Everyone wants Verstappen. Sainz gives Mercedes options on who to keep if Antonelli comes in later and can bring perspectives from Ferrari. Mercedes are not fighting for a title before 2026 so a bit of rivalry to keep pushing George would be ideal
Aaaaand Hulk goes to sauber
Logan replacing Hamilton in Merc might be fun
… and also mental
Please I beg for that not to happen 🙏
maybe red bull did an MCAS update on Perez
Red Bull - Verstappen & Norris (We all know contracts mean nothing - Perez will dip and go to FE)
Ferrari - Leclerc & Hamilton
McLaren - Sainz & Piastri
Aston Martin - Alonso & Stroll
Mercedes - Russell & Vettel (yes I know)
Torro Rosso - Yuki & Danny Ric (although he should lose his seat, he wont as Horner loves him)
Williams - Albon & Antonelli
Haas - Hulkenberg & Bearman
Stake - Gasly & Bottas (I predict Gasly will throw his toys out the pram and look for a move out of Alpine as they are so bad + Ocon is smashing him atm. Also Audi things..)
Alpine - Ocon & Doohan (best option I could think of as hes the current reserve and best option in their Academy)
No way Norris is gonna to RB to be Max's guard dog. He turned down a offer already in the past. He would move to RB if Max leaves the team.
@@retromaniaco_br7422 I respectively disagree. Norris knows he cannot win in a McLaren this season and probably next, and that bugs him, especially after Piastri’s sprint race win last year. Its not a record anyone wants, the longest without a win.
He gets on well with Max. Yes he would have to play second fiddle to Max at RB, BUT it would guarantee him that win and a spot in what is clearly the best car. I think its a no-brainer move for him.
😥 Ric out would suck imo , I'm kind of hoping he pulls it together sometime soon 🫣

Guys, I know it’s wild, but hear me out. I have this feeling that stroll is going to driving for Aston Martin next year. I know it’s insane
That’s bold
I almost never agree totally with these kinds of prediction videos, but that's a full house, 100% agree.

SAUBER: Sainz (hopefully the sacrifice this season is worthy and he will get the glory with Audi just like his father) and another pilot (probably one of the two current pilots of the team)
ALPINE: the team will be sold and rebranded as a new team (maybe its Andretti chance?). IDK if this new team would want to keep its pilots or new ones will come to the grid (i personally think at least one of the two will go out of F1 this season because of that)

This might be a bold call, but hear me out:
Red Bull will want to have someone who could potentially carry the brand for 3-5y from 2026 onwards in case Max actually leaves in 2026, but who'd also be able to support Max up until 2028.
Max leaving before 2026 won't happen, as long as it will be easy Championship wins with RB.
Plus Carlos and Max raced together before and got along fine, Sainz knows how RB works, etc., so there is a high chance of Sainz performing at the very least on Perez-level, with a fair chance of him doing even better.
And for Gasly:
Gasly still has the ambition to win races. So does Ocon, but it always felt to me like Gasly's urge to win is higher.
This may be his last chance to get a top-Team slot.
Also makes things easy for Mercedes. If Gasly does good, they've got 2 great drivers and Antonelli can show his skills for 2-3y at Williams. If he doesn't they can still promote Antonelli early. If none of them perform they still have time to scout another youngster (e.g. Gabriele Mini, Luke Browning).
I also thought about Antonelli driving for Haas and the reason I came to the same result as you might be a different reason.
Ferrari will want to have Bearman show his skills ASAP to see if he'd be able to replace Hamilton once he retires in 2-4y.
A deal with Haas might come in handy for both teams, since Bearman could learn to drive the Ferrari-engine, but Haas could maybe squeeze some cash out of Ferraris for that trainee-slot, too.
Albon has been in the wall more than Sargeant this season. And Vowles has told everyone but Santa Claus that Williams is NOT a feeder team for Mercedes.
Also Antonelli would crash that Williams as well tbh
Sweet Jesus the oj joke was unexpected.

I'd say for Alpine: either Ocon leave and Gasly remains, or vice versa
by leave, means leaving F1, as i dont see any other team picking either of them (maybe sauber)
That haas prediction aged like milk. Hulk is now going to stake to be a part of the audi project in 2025
RUTHLESS intro, love it
Thanks for being here Will ❤
I keep putting Max at Merc for wishful thinking...
delusional
It was starting to look possible a few weeks ago when the Red Bull behind-the-scenes stuff was really deteriorating, but it never felt quite like it had got to the point of rupture needed to make it happen
If Kush Maini can rack up more points in the coming races, I think Alpine should consider giving him one of their driver seats to him.
I'm not gonna lie, these predictions....................
They're AMAZING 🤩🤩🤩🤩
I can actually see this happening somehow. I’m just a little stuck on what to think about tsunoda now Alonso has that 2026 seat at Aston when they switch to Honda
while I agree with most of your prognostications the Mercedes one is wide of the mark. Toto the Wolff wants any driver to take a 1 year deal. So as you have suggested, the Spaniard would go to Mercedes however he wants a 2 year deal with an option. I think the momentum per his cousin agent is to soak Sauber for a huge amount to come there before Rowdy Audi claims him. As for young Kimi, I agree he should do some time in AAA at Williams. Logan Sargeant can pilot one of his Uncle's oil tankers in the Middle East next season to fuel the US Military or chauffeur Nicholas Latifi between classes at London University. But its time to do some math. You are paying a Knight Bachelor to finish 6th or 8th before he goes to eat pasta and feature at a Milan Fashion Show next season at another team.. And you are paying a lot. Just put in Schumacher (!) for 1 or 2 million or some other wag like Daniel Ricciardo for cheap. Even Nico Hulkenburg. They'd take a 1 year deal and be gone before Boy Antonelli is ready. Mercedes is the new Alpine (2023 vintage) so its not a risk. As for Georgie. No comment.
Nice vid
Toto Wolf himself said, that they are looking to take Antonelli into their team next season. Toto Wolf knows, that Mercedes is not top anymore and is instead mid-field, so thats why they wont that much pressure on Antonelli to get podiums straight from his season start, but it would be great, if he would achieve that. This makes me belive, that Sainz will get Perez seat, because Sainz seems like the better driver, while Perez is dropped down to Racing Bulls where he might get Ricciardo seat. Recent poor results from Sargeant and Zhou makes me belive both of them will be dropped after this season and Sargeant might be replaced by Lawson, while Hulkenberg moves to Stake, that becomes Audi in 2026 and so Bearman or Zane Maloney gets the Haas seat Hulkenberg leaves behind after moving to Stake or Audi.

Bearman will move to Haas 100% at the end of the season. Magnussen will probably retire.
Stroll will definitely stay, I don't know why anyone expects it will be different.

Verstappen isn't going to leave Red Bull. He cares about winning races and winning championships, and gives zero f**ks about politics, so he wants to be in the fastest car, which is the Red Bull, so that's where he's going to stay. I've said since the Hamilton/Ferrari announcement that if Merc aren't frantically dialing Sainz's phone then they're stupid, and his start to the season only makes me more sure that Merc should be trying to get Sainz. So I agree with most of these predictions, they seem pretty reasonable and realistic.
yeah, but reasonable and realistic don't make for a proper silly season, so I expect something (even more than Ferrari ditching Sainz) silly to happen.
I think Bottas and Hulkenberg are the two bargains on the grid, I think Bottas should go to RB, I'm pretty sure he would do well as would Hulkenberg. Of course Gasly would be the best choice to go back to RB but he's probably loathing that idea. I wish Albon would go to Mercedes, thats the seat for him imo.. But he's enjoying being a fish in a pond... lol...Sainz what are we to do with you?? I predict he's going to Audi because the money will be that good, he should go to Aston and they need to fire the kid, but thats never going to happen. The messed up thing is the 2026 car dominance will be an unknown, who would have predicted that Mercedes would never get the ground effect rules right? That was an insane idea given how many years they dominated and yet here we are. So was Newey not getting it right during Mercedes dominance and now he's a genius? And why isn't someone investigating Red Bull? 13 seconds ahead at the end of the race?? Really?? Is Max that good? Thats scary. Or is the car have a secret?
