Join us in this captivating documentary as we delve into the origin of Nimrod, a legendary figure mentioned in Genesis 10 from the Bible. Discover the intriguing theories and scholarly insights that connect Nimrod with renowned historical figures such as Ninos, Gilgamesh, Sargon of Akkad, and Ninurta. Through expert academic research and analysis, we uncover the fascinating narratives surrounding this enigmatic character.
Throughout history, scholars and researchers have explored the potential identities of Nimrod, leading to intriguing connections with Ninos, Gilgamesh, Sargon of Akkad, and Ninurta.
Ninos, the legendary founder of Nineveh, is often considered a potential candidate for Nimrod. Ancient texts, including the writing Ctesias Persica, depicting Ninos as a powerful warrior and a figure of legendary might. Could Nimrod be an alternate name or a variation of this prominent ancient ruler?
Gilgamesh, the legendary hero of the Epic of Gilgamesh, is another compelling contender. His tales of great exploits and a quest for immortality have captivated humanity for centuries. Could Nimrod be a manifestation or an echo of the heroic qualities associated with Gilgamesh?
Sargon of Akkad, a legendary ruler of ancient Mesopotamia, also enters the discussion. Known for his military conquests and the establishment of the Akkadian Empire, Sargon's influence on the region was profound. Some scholars propose that Nimrod could be an epithet or an alternate name for this mighty ruler.
Lastly, we explore the possibility of Ninurta, a Mesopotamian deity associated with hunting, agriculture, and war. Ninurta was revered as a divine hero who defended civilization against chaos. Could Nimrod be a human representation or an earthly incarnation of this revered god?
In this documentary, we present the findings of expert academics, their interpretations of ancient texts, archaeological discoveries, and historical analysis. We shed light on the connections and theories surrounding Nimrod's origins, offering a thought-provoking exploration of one of the most mysterious figures from the Book of Genesis.
Nimrod has clear comparisons to figures like Heracles/Hercules, Asshur, Enmerkar & possible historical kings, but in the Biblical story, Nimrod is a giant/Titan who is divine and human. The reality of who Nimrod truly is may never be known with confidence. Searching in Mesopotamia for the answer makes the most sense though.

Great production values! One small addition, buried in the footnotes of Berossus and Genesis (119 n. 208): Chomasbelos the father of Gilgamesh is interpreted as two separate figures, Chom and Asbolus by the ancient source Pseudo-Eupolemus. Chom here is arguably identical with Cham (Ham) the son of Noah and grandfather of Nimrod. The link is not conclusive by any means, but interesting. RGm.

"Genesis 10:8 tells us that Nimrod was the first person to be a ‘mighty man’ (the adjective ‘mighty’ is used three times in Genesis 10:8-9; see also 1 Chronicles 1:10). The Hebrew word translated as ‘mighty’, can also be translated as ‘tyrant’. His distinction was that he was the first man, after the Flood, to use aggressive force to control other people. An implication of this may be that he attempted to put himself above honourable men like Noah and Shem, and also to elevate himself to a place above almighty God. Even while Noah and Shem were still alive, and able to bear witness to the judgment that came upon the antediluvians, including the tyrants of those days, Nimrod pursued his ambitious course of consolidating power, exercising authority over his neighbours, and challenging God. People of Nimrod’s generation likely lived around 400 years (compare, Genesis 11:17). During his long life (assuming that he was not assassinated), he would have continued to extend his power and increase the degree of evil which he practiced. Thus, his ruthlessness became legendary.
The Scriptures also refer to him as a mighty hunter before the Lord (Genesis 10:9). Every other occurrence of this word in the OT refers to hunting animals. So, many commentators conclude that Nimrod became famous for his ability to track and bring down big game. Thus, it is possible that this is a reference to his being the first recognized ‘dragon’ slayer. At that time, the offspring of dinosaurs which had been taken into the Ark would have been spreading throughout the lightly inhabited world. Nimrod may have brought down these ‘dragons’ and become renowned for protecting human settlements from vicious marauding animals. If this were the case, then even God would have been pleased with his action.
However, the context appears to suggest that we are to understand this differently. Nimrod was a mighty hunter; but he may not have limited his hunting to animal game and instead treated his neighbours as if they were nothing more than deer or gazelle. Thus, the expression ‘before the LORD’ (Genesis 10.9) should be taken in the negative sense, ‘against the LORD’. Nimrod was an affront to God and man because he sought to rule over people tyrannically.
God had instructed mankind to go out and fill the uninhabited earth (Genesis 9:1)-to explore and subdue his splendid creation. However, instead of migrating in different directions, most of them determined that they would stick together and organize themselves around a single central city (Genesis 11:4)-this does not mean that every inhabitant on the earth at the time lived in the one city, Babel (Genesis 10:10; 11:1).
The unified rebellion at Babel may have occurred as soon as 130 years after the Flood, and possibly as late as 340 years after the flood. Even with the later date, Noah (Genesis 9:28) and at least Shem (Genesis 11:11) of Noah’s sons were still alive as eyewitnesses to the antediluvian rebellion against God (Genesis 6:5) and of its consequences. So, men could not have used an excuse of ignorance. Rather, the Babelites’ rebellion was clearly a blatant act of defiance against God’s law and authority....
It is not stated in Genesis 11 that Nimrod was responsible for building the tower, however, as the founder of Babel, it can legitimately be assumed that he oversaw the tower’s construction. Josephus, the Talmud, and the later midrash on the OT support this view. Based on our current understanding of ancient Middle Eastern cultic religions and the nature of ziggurats (which the tower likely was), it is possible that the Babelites, under Nimrod, created a religion with gods associated with celestial objects (sun, moon, planets, stars) and earth-based entities (sea, rivers, and storms). If this is the case, then they laid a foundation for the use of astrological signs and omens, and what they created was absorbed by the later inhabitants of Akkad and Sumer and transmitted around the world with the dispersing people groups, after the confusion of languages (Genesis 11:7-9)...
Nimrod was an historical person, not legendary as suggested by some secular historians. The name ‘Nimrod’ may be a dysphemism introduced by the author of this portion of Genesis. So, we can ask who he was, as he is referenced in extrabiblical history. Various possibilities have been suggested, including Tukulti-Ninurta I, king of Assyria and Amenophis III, king of Egypt, and mythical heroes e.g., Marduk and Orion, and Gilgamesh. However, the most likely historical person, as suggested by archaeologist Murray Adamthwaite in an article in CMI’s Journal of Creation, and in the New Bible dictionary, is Sargon the Great, or Sargon of Akkad, the founder of the dynasty of Akkad. (Sargon (Šarru-kin: “the king is legitimate”) is a dynastic name taken centuries later by King Sargon I of the Old Assyrian Empire (fl. 1850 BC), and a thousand years after that by King Sargon II (reigned 721-705 BC) of the Neo-Assyrian Empire.)
At one time historians dated Sargon’s reign from 2568 to 2513 BC. We cannot accept secular historians’ dates when they date events prior to the Flood (about 2345 BC). However, in the 1990s his reign was redated from 2334 to 2279 BC. Even such a date range as this places Sargon of Akkad’s reign too close to the end of the Flood. Recent research, as noted by Adamthwaite, has proposed that Sargon’s reign should be redated from 2296 to 2240 BC; or his reign could be even more recent-dated from 2270 to 2215 BC. Both of these latter date ranges place Sargon the Great’s reign in the right era to coincide with Nimrod, and they overlap with the possible date for the construction of the tower at Babel (probably sometime between 2245 and 2215 BC).
The extent of Sargon’s empire was essentially the same as that referred to in the Genesis 10 account (Shinar and Akkad)-although it also extended into Asia Minor (which may have occurred after the account in Genesis 10 was written). Historians regard Sargon of Akkad as the first person to have created an empire, which fits well with what we are told about Nimrod. The Bible identifies Nimrod as the first empire builder. Thus, they are likely the same person..."

      🔥🔥Kushites in Mesopotamia
While these salient facts regarding Sumer's obvious cultural genius are well-known, the important question of the racial composition of its population is generally glossed-over.
This apparent cloud concerning race, however, is very thin and we have a substantial body of evidence in support of the position that the first civilization of Mesopotamia was the product of Black migrations from Africa's Nile valley.
This is not to argue that ancient Sumer was exclusively peopled by Blacks or that the Africans were the only ethnic entity in the area. Sumer was at the crossroads of Asia, Africa and Europe, and over the millennia there was a great deal of foreign intrusions and racial intermingling.
In respect to Sumerian civilization, however the Black contribution was decisive, and far overshadowed that of the later invaders.
The Sumerians called themselves Black-headed people, and they must have been one of the many Nilotic-Kushitic colonies established in early Asia. In addition to the Biblical references to Nimrod as the son of Kush, the mighty hunter has been identified with Osiris of the Nile valley.
In the section of his work devoted to Kush, Diodorus Sicilus of Sicily reported that Osiris was the leader of the Kushite colony which settled in Egypt. The distinguished nineteenth century British antiquarian and Egyptologist, Gerald Massey, concurs with Diodorus adding that:
In Kam or Kush, the Black race of the Aethopic centre was of primeval parentage. The name was continued by Kam in Egypt, Kush, Mizriam, Phut and Kannan represent four branches in four different directions; and Nimrod was the typical conqueror into the Sumeri-Nimrod the son of Kush, of the Black race.
The Greeks and Romans called the Kushites “Ethiopians" and were also, at least, somewhat cognizant of their vast domains.
Early observers, such as Ephorus, expressively stated that:
The Ethiopians occupied all the southern coasts of all of Asia and Africa.
      Homer describes the Ethiopains as
Divided, and dwelling at the ends of the earth, towards the setting and rising sun.
      Strabo added that
Greeks……… designated the whole southern countries which face the ocean, including India, Elam and Sumer…….. on the coasts of both Asia and Africa, as Ethiopia.
According to John Baldwin, author of “Pre-historic nations", and one of the leading exponents of early diffusion of the Kushites:
It is now admitted that a people of the Cushite or Ethiopian race, sometimes called the Hamites, were the first civilizers and builders throughout West Asia. They are traced by the remains of their language, architecture, the influence of their civilization, on both shores of the Mediterranean, in Eastern Africa, in Egypt, in Hindustan, and the islands of the Indian Ocean.

Actually when Noah cursed his son Ham, It was a curse passed down to Hams generation. That is why he moved away and built a city called Cush after his son Cush and down to Nimrod. If you read the book of Jashar, dont know if its the 1st, 2nd or 3rd...you will notice that Nimrod was a descendant of Ham and he became a very evil king who wanted to kill Abram, later on called Abraham. but Abrahams father took him to Noah, thats how old Noah was....for protection. but in this book, you will realize that Abrahams father Terah, worked for Nimrod. Something happened and Nimrod wanted Abraham to be sacrificed and Terah offered Haran to be sacrificed and NImrod disagreed and took both of them and threw them in the furnace. Abraham survived and Haran died. thats when Terah took Abraham to Noah for safe keeping. When he was old enough and married and all, God then called him out of Nimrods land, Ur. Fascinating piece of the biblical history that should never have been removed from the bible.

Gilgamesh was born from a Godess (Ninsun) and a mortal father.... was already a mighty man from the start. The epic realy start after the battle with Enkidu.... who became his friend. After Enkidu death... Gilgamesh go on a journey to find immortality. On this journey, he find Utanapishtim/Ziusudra (Noah) that tell him where the secret of immortality is.
He still die and buried with Enkidu.
Not about a Godess mother for Nimrod.... Nimrod became all mighty only after he wear the Adam garment.... no Enkidu story with Nimrod and never find Noah for the secret of immortality.... and finaly, he was been beheaded by Esau.

It's amazing how much can be made of a handful of cryptic passages of Genesis! That Nimrod was vilified by the time of the early Christian church due to a mistranslation is really good for thought in how careful we ought to be in interpreting ancient texts on the basis of tradition.

On the apparent difficulty in reconciling the differences of the Sumerian kings list and the Uruk’s kings list, It would be important to consider two things.
    1) The capital of Mesopotamia moved through a few major Mesopotamian cities. So it’s possible that the 3rd king of Uruk, wasn’t the 3rd king of Mesopotamia, which neither the Babylonian kings list nor the Sumerian Kings list would mirror.
    2) The Sumerian kings list doesn’t start post flood, but from the beginning of cities, which the gods built; meaning before the flood, even before the dawn of mankind, as some of the cities were built before the gods created humans. Like the Egyptian King’s list, the Sumerian King’s list has a similar pattern to where the first kings reign for hundreds if not thousands of years, and the reigns become a lot shorter further down the list. The reason for this has to do with the Annunaki’s plan to pass on authority down their lineage to act in place of the gods as representatives, so the gods could deal with more pressing matters that deal with heavenly affairs. So the reigns of the early kings are far exceeded any mortal lifespan, even the lifespans resembling the pre-flood patriarchal lifespans, because the first rulers or ‘kings’ were gods themselves, immortal. Then the reigns get shorter, because as the gods begin to lift their grasps off of humanity, they let their children, Demi gods born from a god and human union bare the responsibility of ruling. Demi gods inherited human mortality, but lived a lot longer and were physically superior, so they were left in charge over the kingdoms when their divine parent left to deal with affairs of the divine. Then as generations passed, Demi gods had children with pure mortals, and their children inherited shorter lifespans, and the kings went from Demi gods to eventually just mortals with reigns fit to resemble that of mortal kings.
Gilgamesh, like Nimrod, was a demi god, which Gen 6 calls Nephilim, great men of renown, aka heroes. It adds up well. The theory that Nimrod is Gilgamesh is way stronger than Nimrod being Ninnurta. Ninnurta is an immortal, that does things that no man, let alone a Demi god can do. Outside of some etymological loopty-loops, there is little in common between a mortal and an immortal. Ninnurta existed before humans were created by his uncle Enki.
Don’t forget Abraham was Sumerian, meaning the Sumerian inheritance is for the children of Abraham to claim. The Torah doesn’t steal anything, but being that it is written far removed from the original sources, it’s only reasonable that the stories aren’t 1:1. Also, remember that people revising stories or history for that matter is done a lot even with their own camp. Babylon revised Marduk in place of Ninnurta as champion of the gods, but you wouldn’t say they stole from themselves, even though they obviously revised on purpose. The early Hebrew people are of Sumerian root, and did not steal, as Abraham was not only Sumerian, but from a line of the royal priest that served Nimrod. Abraham wasn’t just Sumerian, but high class Sumerian royalty. What he passed down to his people from his nation of origin, is their inheritance. Check the book of Jasher or Jubilees for the story on Abram; I forget which book it is, but my bet is Jasher.

Great vid, but missing some valuable information. If you do a search you can find some albeit questionable papers and sites that are claiming that Hermes in Greek Mythology is a cross over to Cush, Now this becomes interesting because Hermes father is Zeus, whose father is Saturn/ Cronus. So we look back over bible stories. Cush goes to Ham, and then Noah, Noah would have been technically then Saturn. Then you have Ham seeing the shame of Noah, some cultures say Ham castrated Noah or saw something not quite right down there, this led to the curse, Again you look back at Greece and the entire Zeus/Saturn problems, gets messy there also. You can also look to Italy and find the Noah flood myth ties over strangely there also. So in my long comment conclusion. Noah and his family are part of the kings list in both egypt and babylon, Noah is not some separate character he lived 950 years and that again goes back to both the kings lists because of the ages of the kings listed fits more with pre flood culture. Noah and his family spread out good and bad, and became the earliest post flood gods, then the angels or whatever came back again, and you have remnants of genetics of pre flood culture through the remaining giants listed and the feats of people like Gilgamesh,

We typically see a contrast against the Babylonians in the Bible. The Babylonians celebrated their city as the pinnacle of humanity. The Hebrews coming out of Babylon would be antithetical to the city, against the tower, show Nimrod as tyrranical, set their own heroes as nomadic, shun agricultural sacrifices which would be hard for nomadic people (Cain vs Able), and set the wilderness as a harsh yet necessary place for spiritual transformation.

The reason the name Nimrod has been synomymous with adjectives like idiot, moron, stupid, dullard, blockhead, etc... for the past 6-10 decades is modern film/TV. In one of the short films by the Three Stooges (Larry, Moe, & Curly) are hired by a wealthy couple to capture pests (mice) so the wealthy party will not be ruined along with the wealthy peoples reputation by the pests. At one point Curly catches a single mouse and proudly shows it to Moe. Trying to catch hundreds of mice at once with a grand trap Moe lets the mouse go and tells Curly, "Way to go Nimrod" making fun of Curly's mouse catching prowess of ony catching one mouse at a time. Many people not understanding the Biblical reference and back handed compliment associate the name Nimrod as an insult meaning something similar to calling a person idiot, moron, dullard, and words like that.
The same is true with the word butterfly, which has nothing to do with butter. Originally called a flutterby until a Looney-Tunes where Porky Pig could not pronounce Flutterby and stuttered until finally calling it a Butterfly.

Enmerkar is a really interesting character, and you should do an in depth video on the story "Enmerkar and the Lord of Aratta." The Lord of Aratta was a Subartan king who ruled to the East of Sumer, in a region that stretches from the Iranian mountains to Mount Ararat and practically up to the point where one can enter northern Mesopotamia near the headwaters of the rivers of Mesopotamia without traversing difficult mountain ranges. The Subartans who entered Mesopotamia from the East eventually established Ebla, the ancient North Western Semitic city that existed as far back as 3500 bce, and likely earlier. Anyway, Enmerkar engages in a diplomatic manipulation of the Lord of Aratta (like Ararat) via his envoy. Essentially, the Sumerian king lays claim to the Subartan deity INANNA, saying that she has taken up residence in the Temple he built for her in Sumer. By this manipulation of the religious and metaphysical assumptions of the Lord of Aratta, Enmerkar gains dominance over the Subartans, demanding tribute from the Lord of Aratta. These Subartans eventually entered Northern Mesopotamia from the East, as the Hebrew scriptures claim their ancestors did.
This is highly controversial with believers (especially Jews) because it shows that the Jews are descendant from the Subartans whose primary deity was Inanna, making Inanna the earliest attested Semitic deity.
Interestingly, the Semitic Akkadian word Inanna means "now," and is cognate to the Hebrew words "na," and "henna" which are genetically derived from Inanna. See Isaiah 57, verse 3, where henna is "here" and the word for 'sorceress' is "anan"
"But you-come here, you children of a sorceress, you offspring of adulterers and prostitutes!"
Perhaps even more interestingly, the first appearance of "na" is in Genesis 12, verse 11, which reads
"As he was about to enter Egypt, he said to his wife Sarai, “Behold now, I know what a beautiful woman you are."
In this verse, the words "Behold Now" are written as follows
    הִנֵּה־נָא
and this is prounced Hinne-Na, almost an exact homophone of the word from which na was genetically derived, and moreover, (and I cannot stress this enough) the Hebrew scribes who penned this passage necessarily would have been aware of the derivation of na from Innana, making the homophone a bit of intentional wordplay.
If we remember the character traits of Inanna, we remember that she is impatient, fierce, warlike. Inanna wants things done NOW.

    • @Azupiru
      @Azupiru Год назад +2

I've never read it, but the analysis is fairly low hanging fruit for someone who has studied these languages. To be honest, I'm not sure how this isn't the prevailing scholarly opinion regarding Inanna. Inanna is even the etymological source of the English word "now," and in other languages closer to Mesopotamia, words derived from this root for "now" even retain the double n.

David Rohl (among others?) in his book "LEGEND: THE GENESIS OF CIVILISATION" derives the name Nimrod [spelled N-M-R-D in the all-consonants pre-Masoretic Hebrew text] from Enmerkar, with the initial 'E' (being a vowel) dropping off, and the suffix 'kar' being the Sumerian word for 'hunter'. From 'Enmer' to 'Nimrod' is no big stretch, given that the final 'D' in NMRD helps to make the name acquire a Hebrew language meaning of 'warrior'/'rebel' -- though the original name Enmer-kar probably didn't have such a meaning.
I have a hunch that this name 'Enmer'-the-Hunter, when thought of as 'En' [Sum. 'lord'] + 'Merkar', could possibly have been the source for the name of the Roman god (and the planet) we still refer to as MERCURY to this day. Note that Nimrod is said to have been "a mighty hunter BEFORE Yahweh" -- where the word 'before' is the translation of the Hebrew LiP'NeY = FROM or BELONGING TO ['Li-'] + the FACE [PNY]. The planet Mercury -- even more so than the planet Venus -- is always within proximity of the Sun, due to it having the orbit closest to it of all the planets. Mercury is always 'in-the-face' of the Sun.
If the Romans adopted this character from Sumerian civilization and folklore -- perhaps knowing that 'En' is a prefix meaning 'Lord', but perhaps NOT realizing that 'kar' is a suffix meaning 'Hunter' -- then they could drop the prefix and be left with 'Merkar' and give the name as 'Mercurius' (the root 'Mercur' + the suffix/ending '-ius'. Forgetting that he was a Hunter back in more ancient times, the Romans might have still retained the idea of him being the planet/god who was always closest to the Sun-God, equating him with the Greek god Hermes (the Messenger of the Gods -- i.e. of Zeus, in particular), Zeus/Jupiter being represented by the Sun, of course.

~2850vC. , Nimrod, the second priest-king of Sumer and the first king of Assyrian
The second king of the Sumerians and Aryans after Adar was Nimrod. The AT. describes him as the son of Kush. He is described as a descendant of the 1st king Adar = Ukush. Son often means he may have been both son and grandson of Ukush. Everything indicates that he was a grandson of Ukush and son of Assur.
At any rate, Nimrod was a grandson of Shem, the son of Noah, for he was called Asaru and was half-Assyrian. Nimrod was the child of a mixed marriage, the descendants of Noah, Cush and Assyria.
    Other names for Nimrod were::
Nimrud, Nefrod, Nammurudu, Nimbal, Marad, Tammuz, Muku, Sokar, Bakus, Gan; Priest King of Lagash, Dyonisos, Sabazios, A-zag = son (descendant) of Zag = Shem, the sun god, son (descendant) of Bel, son (descendant) of Cush [AT].
His most important name, however, was Tashio = Tascio; a derivation from Taxio, the sun god Tax = Zagg and from Marduk = Mar-duk = Duk, the city god of Babel
According to the chronology of Kish, Adar the priest of the son god Zax ruled for 30 years. As the son of the sun god, = Zax, one also finds the name Man as the son of Nimrod, who reigned for 12 years. Afterwards, Nimrod was the son = Man of Zax the sun god. Therefore, the country was
of the sun god Zax and his son Tascio also the land of Man. The name of the Taman peninsula on the Sea of Azov is still used today. Nimrod, ruled from Sumer. His symbol was two coiled snakes, similar to a caduceus with two dragons.
From Nimrod you can come from the AT. recognize some things. Genesis 10:8 says of him: “And Cush begat Nimrod; he was the first mighty man on earth. 9 He was a mighty hunter before the LORD; Therefore they say: Like Nimrod, a mighty hunter before the Lord! 10 And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Akkad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar. 11 From that land he went out to Assyria[5] and built Nineveh, and Rehoboth-Ir, and Kelah, 12 and Resen between Nineveh and Kelah: this is the great city. “
The empire of Nimrod emanated from Babel, Erek and Akkad. The name Erek can still be found in the name of today's Iraq. The Akkadian creation story says that it was a father and his son or grandson who ruled Babel at that time.
"He established a throne....Another in.... 'Most exalted indeed is the Son....His sovereignty surpasses....May he shepherd the human race."
From this you can see that Babel was initially a unified empire that was led by two rulers, Cush = Adar and his son = Man or descendant Nimrod. According to Waddel, Kusch had many descendants, according to the AT. , he had 6 sons. According to the OT. , Nimrod ruled in Babel; he served the sun god with the symbol of the falcon. This was the time when they built the Tower of Babel.1. Moses 10. As a priest-king, he had the name: Uru-Nimirrud = Ur-Ningirsu and was deified as the city god Marduk of Babylon. Nimrod was Asaru or Bakkus, who taught agricultural knowledge, and Namru the teacher of secret knowledge. Nimrod was
a man of war, as such he had the name Asaruludu = the flaming sword. This name shows that he was an Asura, an Assyrian. However, one must remember that the Nimrodian Assyrians had not yet split from the other Aryans and were also Aryans.
----- Summary of Nimrod's names and titles
    • Ni-mi-rud = the great, strong, exalted one, Nimrud, Nimmi, Nefrod, Nammurudu, Ningirsu, Marad, Dingir, Tammuz,
    • Muku,, Sokar, Gan, Dyonisos, Sabazios,
    • A-zag = son (descendant) of Zag = Sem, the sun god Shamsi in Akkadian
    • Descendant of Bel, descendant of Cush [AT],,
    • Tascio = Tashio = Task = Tihazi = Tuisco, son and priest of Zax the Son God.
    • Man, son of Zax, the sun god
    • Ur-Ningirsu, priest of the sun god,

    • Asaru, Asaruludu = war god, the flaming sword.
    • Bal Tarz Phoenician god of Tharsus

    • The symbol of Nimrod's power was the falcon of the sun god

Meaningless sacks of meat might change, but they only 'progress' in their own meaningless illusory minds. Furthermore in a meaningless material universe, truth is purely a subjective opinion. And no ultimate truths can ever be known as nothing cam be proven to be beyond meaningless illusion. You have pulled a thin Vale of your own illusory meaning over a completely meaningless nihilistic material universe.

What about those ruins that you mentioned briefly, attributed to Nimrod?
There is e.g. Nimrod Castle on Golan Heights, not at all just a crusaders fortress but much older and clearly built by giants (look at the huge stone blocks) ... .
Or, 2. the impressive Nimrud Dagh in Anatolia, a hill obviously raised artificially, said to cover the remains/tomb of Nimrod while presenting those famous stone sculptures that look down on us like the chess set of a giant ... .
    Etc.

There is a great amount of conspiracy in regard to Nimrod. He has been tied to quite a lot to Egyptian history as well, via Narmer. Interestingly enough quite a few pharaohs, both foreign and domestic to Egypt, held the name of Nibmaatre or Nimrot/Nimlot or some variation of the name. Also, he may be associated with the Orion constellation, again through many conspiracies and theories. Hell in some cases he has even been associated with the Hindu god Rudra due the Rod/Rud in Nimrod/Nimrud and also the hunting prowess and capabilities.

The connotation of the word/name "Nimrod" as diminutive actually comes from Bugs Bunny. Bugs called Elmer Fudd a "Nimrod" sarcastically/ironically for not being able to hunt Bugs.
It's the same way we call someone "Einstein" after doing something stupid.

Adapa is Enki's boy and Cain is Enki's grandson. Cain's exploits were synonymous with Agriculture and the Plough as well as Metallurgy. He returned to his mother's domain and took wives.
Sin or Nanna is Enlil's boy and this is the lineage of Warriors.
All of the seed of Anu. Just as all of Noah's ascendants were hybrids born of Adapa.

The book of Noah describes Noah at birth being startling, as in white glowing skin, red hair and unusual eyes, so if Nimrod was related to Noah, it might suggest that Nimrod has Annunaki DNA, this could be a circumstantial correlation with Gilgamesh, who is recorded on cuneiform tablets as being a hybrid human.
Life times were not insane if they were using a Nibiru calendar, Humanity's time lines may be a residual record of a previous eras.
I could go on regarding other examples why life time records have changed from what we understand today.

I'm sure there were no concept of jewishness in Abrams time., If remember correctly, Jacob was rebadged as Israel and his kids became the patriarchs of the diffent tribes of Israel,
Being Jewish derives from Judah and Judaism. This narrative is getting so muddled.

That is flatly not possible. Because Ur, Uruk, Eridu, Lagash, Umma, Kish, Nippur, these city states were and had been sophisticaled civilizations of walled cities and palaces a solid 3,000 years befor Babylon was founded as a village.

The founder of Babylon huh. How much of the old testament was written during or after their captivity in Babylon? It's no wonder they were cast as the enemy. Nimrod might be linked with Osiris, who was chopped into 14 pieces by Seth. There was an extra biblical work that depicted the same thing happening to Nimrod by Shem. The various pieces of his body were each sent to different nations as a political statement. Osiris was also linked with Asshur, if I'm not mistaken.
