Ingredients-
1/2 sprouts - 15 cal
2 tbsp curd - 18 cal
6 slice whole wheat bread - 470 cal
1/2 cup cabbage - 10 cal
1/2 onion - 15 cal
1/2 tomato - 10 cal
1/4 tsp desi ghee - 10 cal
green chilli
fresh coriander
salt to taste
black pepper as per taste
roasted cumin powder as per taste
total calories 3 sandwich = 570
per sandwich 190 cal
