What do you use to prime your eyes?
I typically use a concealer (like Tarte shape tape) and I set that with a translucent powder.

I do a similar version with a bronze eye, and cobalt liner. The muted warm, and cool tones together work well, and really accentuate the eyes. I also don't smoke it out as much as this...I'm 49 and have under eye wrinkles and other issues, it just doesn't look that great on me, so I keep it just at the lash line, and really fill in the waterline. But this look is Super Gorgeous on you though! Very Chic.

If you extend out the lower lash line with a little flick I think it might help counter your round eyes!
Actually, I never saw that happen. Most folks I know it made them look like a narrow almond, and if extended out, longer. You can also turn the smoked out area whatever line you want: straight, curved, inverted. Was a teen when this look was pretty common, and honestly, no one’s eyes looked rounder. Give it a go!

Love this look and technique! I just wish I wasn’t so bad at tight lining and eye pencil over waterline. I always end up unintentionally tearing and washing away most of the black onto my undereye lol 😂

I think if you try to make the lower lash line more straight it could help your eyes look less downturned!

This might seem really tangential, but it’s not. If you can, go watch Ridley Scott’s “Legend”. Mia Sara (Lili) goes through a transformation, and even though it’s a lot more dramatic look overall, it shows how a similar look goes with a downturned eye. In fact, the makeup artist took full advantage of the downturn of Mia’s eyes.

Do you know a trick (or a pencil eyeliner) that doesn't bleed in the inner corner? Whenever I use an eye pencil in my waterline I feel like it slips right out of my inner corner 🙈

I need some help
I have wrinkles under my eyes and have dark circles. No matter how much good foundation and concealer i use, they become so prominent and it really becomes difficult to laugh just to avoid getting them worse.
Suggest something and make a video how to overcome this problem with make up.
