Lucknow is now an end user market. Projects are nearing completion and ready to be occupied. Investors in these projects are now going to sell out these flats and the supply will increase. For 3-4 years, prices will remain constant or increase will inflation.

The people who are buying property right at these inflated rates will never see those rates come back in 5 years, rent yield is too low, Gorakhpur is developing as the industrial hub of UP and Lucknow will become only govt. Administration city like Gandhinagar Gujarat, but if you want to work then come to Gorakhpur which is developing at par to Ahemdabad or Surat like industrial hubs in Gujarat. Gorakhpur has low cost of living and drives cheap labour from Bihar, all big companies from India are coming to Gorakhpur like Gallant etc. Lucknow will become a retirement city in future, no real growth in long term.
