    Please make video on how illegal plotting just spoiled the location around Kisan path and when will government take regulative action...Haven't they learned from Prabandhnagar yojna which was to be made on 2000 acres and now they have to significantly reduce the project size due to scarcity of land parcel.

    Awas Vikas is launching premium plots in Vrindavan yojna around 12 th October rate would be 70000/- sq meter minimum plot size 150 sq meter

      @_notyourstardust_ if u invest 65 L in a 3 bhk flat then rental yield is just 2-3% as compare to 7.5% in fd.
      New project are always coming everyyear so price appreciation of flat will be minimum..
      If you want to live in this flat then ok.. But for investment it's use less..

    Lucknow is now an end user market. Projects are nearing completion and ready to be occupied. Investors in these projects are now going to sell out these flats and the supply will increase. For 3-4 years, prices will remain constant or increase will inflation.

    The people who are buying property right at these inflated rates will never see those rates come back in 5 years, rent yield is too low, Gorakhpur is developing as the industrial hub of UP and Lucknow will become only govt. Administration city like Gandhinagar Gujarat, but if you want to work then come to Gorakhpur which is developing at par to Ahemdabad or Surat like industrial hubs in Gujarat. Gorakhpur has low cost of living and drives cheap labour from Bihar, all big companies from India are coming to Gorakhpur like Gallant etc. Lucknow will become a retirement city in future, no real growth in long term.
