I haven’t had lymphedema (yet) but I’m glad I watched this video! I’m about to go back to work for longer days. I’ll be careful to vary my posture (luckily I already have a sit-stand desk) and stretch regularly.
That's great to be so informed even when you don't have lymphedema. I'm sure you'll see benefit with varying your posture with neck/shoulder tension too.

Excellent as I had trouble finding out about breast enlargemnt due to lymphodema would be great to have some techniques to use at home

I had breast cancer 13 years ago . I believe that I now have lymphadema .
Any advice for me?
I would start by doing a self-lymphatic massage routine (video - ruclips.net/video/XMZDKqS1HT4/видео.html). If you have the resources seeking treatment from a certified lymphedema can make a huge difference.
