How do you know which icon to connect with what icons when prototyping

So you create a navbar with hovered home icon, and you copy this navbar, but in the second navbar you hover the second section, not the home icon, but search. And you connect the home icon to search icon, and back same. And it's same for every section. I suggest you to watch it one more time.
