I didn’t understand the level 15, how it can turn round at the second end and what does the black f0 mean at the end of the f0?
This is a recursive programming exercise, in fact, all of them are but this is a complicated one. If you just take a look only at the F1 function, there are 4 instructions. The second one is call the F1 itself. This creates an "instance" from itself and it does 5 times and executes the first instruction 5 times until reaches the blue square. At that point the execution does not call itself anymore so let the execution go to the 3rd and 4th instructions. If the last F1 instance is done the execution goes back to that F1 function where it's called from, just up one level, to the following instructions so the 3rd and 4th instructions. It keeps happening in every instance until reaches the very first F1. This way terminate the program on the endpoint. This logic happened exactly on the Level 10 question as well.
The black F0 is just the guy removed the color and it's still selected.
I passed the 42 games, I did to Level 18 and I have a total of 144 Solutions that I used 😊

I want to attempt the exam. Can anybody please explain how it works?
When you start the test it'll tell you the instructions how to solve the quizzes/logic game
Amazing bro 😎
Level 8
what you really need to know to understand this game? i mean someone explain this like you are explaining a 5year old
So I haven't attempted this logic game before. I don't know how it works, all I know is it's a logic game. All the videos I've seen on it are only just recording the game play. No one is actually talking to explain the game or something????
its not a game. Its a resolution to pass Exam at school 42 by cheating for people who cannot think by themself...
Can someone please tell how to tackle these puzzle I didn't get
I think you have to reach star
If I understand the game, the goal is to get the rocket to the star using the commands provided. We need to understand what each command does to the rocket to achieve that. The arrangements of the commands depend on the path. The more you successfully move to the next level, the complex the path gets hence the logical reasoning.
Can someone use mobile phone to play this game one doesn’t has a laptop?
It's recommended by them to use a laptop. Maybe you can borrow one?
yes, I did them on my iOS.
In exercise 10, the process involves repeatedly invoking the same function until reaching the green square. The function is designed to execute until it encounters the final block. During each iteration, the function would halt prematurely, unable to progress beyond the second block because it kept recursively invoking itself when positioned atop a blue square. However, upon reaching the green square, the loop is broken, allowing the function to run to completion. Every invoked function, therefore, manages to progress until the end. Consequently, the last successfully completed function enables the function that called it to advance past the second block and reach the end. This sequence repeats until the initial function, which started the entire process, reaches its conclusion, ultimately concluding the run. This mechanism is known as recursion. It operates similarly to working with two distinct functions, where calling one function from another necessitates the second function to finish before returning to the point of invocation. The crucial distinction here is that the recursive approach involves calling the same function repeatedly until one of them breaks out of the loop.
Sorry, so- my sorry ass was supposed know this going in the test blind? Atleast I brute forced it and it worked then I didn't understand shit because it made no sense without proper explanation, then here I am at this video, and now I know, thanks 👍 (I wouldn't be here if I didn't pass via brute force, I would have just called it a rigged test and move on. Not a good teaching technique if it is.)
my level 8 is so hard
Hi can you help me please with that
It's been more than a year, I don't really remember how to solve them bro

Lvl 12 ?
I'm stuck on level 12
mine was an square grid of green with an red X in the middle. The bottom left leg of the X was blue, starting at the bottom left square with two functions and stars on all squares, pretty sure was not that hard but the time ran out
@@eduardokerber2931 i got the same, did not clear 12 th level. which level has to be reach for pass?
everything explained in very short amount of time thanks bud this was very helpful
Hey, I took the tests yesterday and was stupid enough not to Google anything about it in advance, then got stuck on level ten like many here, it appears. I had different solutions in my head that they don't give you the commands for and overthought it rather than doing more trial and error as time was running out (I feel like I spent more time on that one than all others combined 😅). I was aware that I couldn't have it loop back all the way to the beginning because of the double forward that would have implied but is needed after the green trigger, at the same time I believed I needed a loop at the end. So now I read about stacking when it comes to the solution. Is that sort of a default behavior when the code reaches the last box before the shuttle reaching the star? Why does it not loop back to the first command, but only back to the conditional command? Could someone please explain stacking to me?
So I passed but still don't get it... Googled stacking but ended up with a lot of ML stuff in Python. If things go well, I'll figure it out at 42 soon... Help me out or keep your fingers crossed for me, please:)
Hello@@avalchance Congratulations on passing the test, could you please give us an update on your 42 journey so far?

Same overthinking got me stack also believed in having a loop at the end didn't work out😂😂😂😂 it's easier when you just draw it on paper, the gamified version of it scratches the mind seriously
