It is a great value value when you compare it to the price of a similarly equipped Honda Pilot or Toyota Highlander. I priced them all and this one came in several thousand dollars lower. The third row also has more legroom than the Highlander.

We loved the interior space use and convenient features! The third row was spacious and actually usable for an adult. We tend to keep our cars for a long time, would a Kia hold its value and be reliable for the long haul?
@@paulv22 Still feels weird paying MSRP... I was shopping the EX with nightfall package and every dealership within 2 hours was selling over MSRP. The “telluride” name on the front makes it near impossible to stonechip protect the hood. Especially needed with that ugly wide gap between the front grill and the headlights.
I’m looking at buying this car gently used in about 5 years or so. But my fear is because this model is so new, the demand will be high and I won’t save much buying used! It looks amazing, though.

One of my biggest complaints about my telluride is that it doesn’t offer a second row bench with a “car seat tilt” feature like the Atlas. I don’t like when SUVs of this size try to offer 3rd row seating for 3- how could 3 people actually fit in the third row. Maybe when kids are out of carseats but before they grow too much?
