The Marmot Crane Creek 2 person tent is the one I use and love it. Fits my small dog and I perfectly. Congrats on that huge lake trout! I'd be that excited as well.

I truly hope everything is ok with you, and I hope you have plans to come back to you tube. Your photography is amazing! Seriously, your sunset shots are the best I’ve seen! The last one with you and your friends silhouette is pretty amazing! I’ve yet to see a sunset like that on any of my backcountry trips. Please come back. You clearly love the backcountry, camping, and fishing, and it’s a real privilege to be able to enjoy your adventures. We live I. Grafton and we’re in Brighton the other day and a car drove by with a red canoe on top, and it looked just like yours. It was on a white car though, so it probably wasn’t you. Alps makes great 1 and 2 person tents. I have been using mine for 10 plus years with no issues. I have used it in the deserts of Arizona and the forest of Maine. I will have to look and see what model I have and let you know.
Nice laker! I was up that way a few weeks ago...I just got a hammoch from costco for 30$ its pretty good...for a tent I like my msr its a light 2 person
I think so. It was natural for me because I had a fishing kayak before this but I’ve seen a lot of people switching to the kayak paddle if they are solo paddlers.
