Winter Truck Camping on Backcountry Lakes for Trout

This year I’ve been on a mission to explore new back country lakes and this lake may be my favourite so far. Although I was chasing after lakers I ended up catching a splake just as I was running out of daylight.

I caught a nice 16 inch lake trout yesterday a very similar day. Looks like you're in Haliburton or Muskoka. Enjoy
