I just bought a Ryobi battery pole saw that uses my other tool batteries. Not a big saw because I have palm trees to deal with but makes it so much easier. I'll be replacing other tools to that as they need replacing

In Australia tenants photograph a rental when they move in so they don’t lose their bond or are charged for any previous damage they didn’t do. This would go to the Tribunal.

Not today it aint. There are many , many more renters than there are available properties so people will agree to almost anything to get a roof over their heads and landlords know it and take full advantage of the housing shortage/crisis. GREED IS GOOD--or didnt you get that memo that sums up todays attitude on EVERYTHING!

The battery operated equipment is a great set of tools for smaller properties in urban areas where homes are so close together. They create much l less noise for neighbors, particularly on a job that takes hours of labor. No fumes wafting to the house next door either. Another great watch of an amazing team working with such love, respect and humor. Power on guys!

Quite the job guys. You could have baked a pie from all those brambles. I almost thought you were going to find a paved path from that gate. She still has lots of work ahead to get that area usable but you got her down to the ground level at least. That saved her tons of work.

The battery operated equipment is a great set of tools for smaller properties in urban areas where homes are so close together. They create much l less noise for neighbors, particularly on a job that takes hours of labor. No fumes wafting to the house next door either. Another great watch of an amazing team working with such love, respect and humor. Power on guys!

The landlord is a bellend. Good to see the A Team back in action. That new equipment: now you’re talking! That’s serious iron, or I guess mostly plastic. It looks much more efficient clearing that nasty vegetation, and you’re smart to wear PPE. You never know what might be in there. Another impressive job. Well done, lads.

Ben, excellent work by you and your dad. I know that here in the US, if a tenant has to do any major project in the home, they can subtract the cost from rent.

Hi Ben, Dad & family. Lots of love. I truly believe you inspire people to be better versions of themselves. There is much we could do for our neighbours, and local community, if we only had the drive. Plenty of people have, I think, but feel they'd be alone in this endeavour, and therefore a bit embarrassed. Locals should maybe start a community group, reaching out, with professionals and volunteers to do the good work that you (and Dad) do. Thoughts?
