I'm almost 3 months into it. I must say this isn't a joke, this is truly a gift from god. I feel closer to him everyday that I retain. The first month sucked I have to admit but once you get passed the withdrawals and urges you see the true benefits that come with it. you begin to focus on what's best for you rather than wasting time on fake friends and whores. my hair is thickening back up, my energy is through the roof and I'm hitting the weights harder than I ever have. women and men can see the change in you. Starting this is the best thing I've done and I will continue.

Did my first month of semen retention. My ex and I broke up about a month ago and some change now and she just tried to reach out to me today. She’s blocked on everything. All I need is God and my Bible. He can give me everything I need. I’m about to start my own business and flourish. Stay strong boys ! Crazy how God sends me exactly what I need to hear now. Every morning starts with prayer of gratitude and strength, conscious connections to not drink, watch porn, none of that then burpees, cold shower, meditation. I been in a toxic relationship ignored red flags cause I was so in love and this isn’t in my nature cause i always been a player and when I actually take a girl seriously fully committed and loyal it didn’t work and I lost myself throughout this relationship. I think that because I never had sex I dont have any soul ties and that makes retaining a lot easier. Like I never had any wet dreams or succubs attacks they've gotta know Im too strong so its pointless to even try.
