Man I'm so happy God lead me to your channel! I only discovered SR last month and got to three weeks and relapsed a couple times. The last time was the absolute worst. I hated myself, felt guilt and shame for the entire day. Right then and there it hit me... porn and masturbation is DEATH. That was only last week so I'm back at the beginning. I also have major lust for my ex who is married that would come around for years after she was married and she never felt guilt, shame or remorse for cheating on her husband. Shut that down quickly. So it’s true these girls only going to respect you if you respect yourself! And you gotta always stand your ground and you ain’t gotta hit them or be an a$$ about it but order is key once you lose that they will walk all over you and destroy you! I’ve been on a almost 2 year transition building up my mind and body and once I’m ready to get back out there it will be trick get off me!
