As someone who is 16 and been practicing this since I was 14, my advice to u is to stop counting the days. It makes it easier and the days go by faster. Trust me.
I have been practicing SR on and off for over 5 years.Longest I lasted was 8 months and one thing that I did notice over the years and experience is that people will treat you differently.As soon as I begin to hold it I see an instant change from people towards me... try to hold it at least for a week and you'll notice that even the people that treat you with no respect all of a sudden they approach you with respect.
You'll feel little to no fear and somehow you are more confident and less anxious and this is a FACT.I dont care what deniers say go and experience it.

Once you have an emission it can take up to a week to get stronger again. I usually wait at least 60 days to refresh because I do think it's healthy to refresh. Not my wife's favorite times, but it's absolutely amazing for my spiritual and physical health, strength, skin, hair, nails, and that's not actual goal, but it's a side benefit. It makes me closer to the lord and it's almost as powerful as fasting, almost. Doing both together is also mind blowing, the sacrifice of the flesh makes the spirit strong! I can't fast as I could before, I work much to hard in the heat, food is needed to be able to work as I do.

I can concur on the T levels in my personal experience. I normally have a 255- 265 PR deadlift. I was on my 10 day mark. I pulled up 280 on a deadlift on that day. I relapsed the day after. I recovered. 3 days after the relapse i deadlifted again and I couldn’t even pull it up. Which is what I needed because it made me realize how important it is for my fitness gains.

Hell even when I first started it was cool having people or women check you out, but as you develop more into this journey those ego-based things start to naturally dwindle and disappear completely, in my experience.
