Before those 2 years I had random periods of weeks or months. I don't count the days, but the months and years. Set the date for when you start and forget about it. Look back at it months or years into the future. If you count the days you'll start thinking you can justify relapsing because you reached a milestone, don't do it.

Week two of quitting anything is the hardest for me. This. Cigarettes. Weed. Even sugar. Usually my stomach pains is what gets me to relapse. based cravings. And even when I quit something for a substantial amount of time I usually will pick it up again cus I feel great at the time and I'm looking for a reward. my semen retention journey started when I was 15 since then I have been living the best life possible I was constantly taking care of myself I cut all unnecessary distractions out of my life I just was focused on living my best life while raising my vibration everyday. Since I turned 17 tho (last October) I had a wet dream every single week (sometimes 2x) and I kept asking myself why I gotta go through so much stuff like I never heard that from anybody else (for ppl who think I‘m lying I can merch that on everything I love). It’s crazy bc one the one side I‘m blessed and grateful knowing about my sexual energy but It rlly feels like a nightmare sometimes. Do you have any advice like should I start a new journey?
