This rule is one of the many many reasons that makes Islam morally superior. It forces normal everyday people to be altruistic and the more people give in charity the more they want to help and give in charity in the future as well. Most people think we aren't rich enough to give charity and that it's only for the ultra rich but the majority of us have something to spare. It's an amazing habit to have and Islam trains this habit first compulsorily then eventually for people it becomes voluntary above and beyond the necessary minimum.

Allah tells us in the Quran that Allah will make ease [come] after hardship.
And in another verse that Indeed WITH hardship is ease.
And in another verse that Allah does not mandate of a self except what it is capable of.
And in the Hadeeth, the Prophet peace be upon him tells us that a person is tested according to their capacity for faith.
Trust that it'll work out, all you need is to do your best and let your heart amd hopes cling to the One who provides for all.
I'd also advice to cut down on caffeine as much as you can bro.

May The Almighty provide for you and your family and bring ease in your lives. Aameen As for as time management just do a small vlog twice a week and don't edit anything like you've done in this episode, or probably 2 or 3 shorts. It'll give you a chance to catch us up on life events, new happenings, perhaps some sharing of daily thoughts & reflections etc. We are all ears and will reserve the time to watch, like, comment and share also. Let us know what you decide.
