What I love most about these videos are no timers, no thermometers, just master chefs using sight, sound, and smell to determine when the dish is ready.
Perfectly right. When I learnd cooking from a master chef many years ago, he teached me exactly those things: sight, sound and smell. It turned out so right.
It is shocking to me how mesmerizing and relaxing it is to me to watch your videos of these masters! I ate lots today but am now so darn hungry! Such precision is mind blowing!
And how he works his wok is like orchestrating music 🎶...he is steady and sure and knows where every food, spice and sauce is...never hesitating during the whole process from early morning defrosting and cleaning the meats and poultry to peeping each with seasonings and rice flour to incorporate into his astoundingly delicious dishes❣️👋🌝Where is he located ?Thank you Wok Chef Master❣️🌹🔥
He holds a camera, orders food, others make the food, then he eats the food. Very minimal effort and extremely rewarding. My dead grandmother could even do it.
When you see the Production Process of this Dish, you say to yourself; “God has to allow me to eat this Dish at least once in my Lifetime - At least Once.” So Good, Yo!
Just have to say how much I love these videos. It’s truly zen. I especially liked the chef with the tasting spoon to ensure each dish was flavored completely. Can and do watch these for hours 😂 Love from California ❤❤❤
He is a magical master of the wok...a joy to watch as he creates beautiful dishes...especially with eggs...pausing only to taste test as he goes along...only the best comes out of his kitchen❣️👋😋I am so craving eggs at this time...any way he makes them❣️❣️🌹🌹🌹💋
The best chicken feet I ever had was in Korea, here in Western Canada, I've yet to find anywhere that makes anything that is as good as I found in Asian countries.
worked on AF Base and Asian lady who cooked 4 pilots who had refuel stop overs and us civilian workers would take our orders for fried rice that had egg & veggies in it while we eat lunch to pick up at our get off time. man it was the best fried rice I ever had. lots of us got orders everyday. made it hard 2 eat fried rice at other places, just wasn't the same. also can c how Asian stay thin they eat all great food fresh cooked. Americans were like that till fast food joints came along. now u can hardly get anything that hasn't been sitting under heat lamp for hrs. and all is processed foods
Tiles off the wall, bacteria holiday inn, warmth allows spread of bacteria, food infected. I am sure if we all asked to see the kitchens where we purchase (supposedly good food) we may view our favourite haunts differently.
"Chahan" (the Japanese variation on fried rice) utilizes Japanese short grain rice, rather than Chinese rice. It has a different starch content compared to Chinese rice varieties and is therefore utilized freshly cooked. The resulting dish has a different consistency and texture than the Chinese version of fried rice. Even "day-old" Japanese short grain rice will be sticky when heated again.
She has a bucket of rice on the grate yet pours the water onto the floor...instead into the grate...making more work for herself. They either cut that because it was embarrassing, or they found that watching someone washing rice isn't that entertaining. As someone who has been in these types of operations as a professional, you just can't watch these videos without little things like that catching your eye and even irritating you.
the amount of work they put into this, most US places would charge you nearly 40 dollars. I don't know how much they charge, but probably a fraction compared to the US.
*Raw Poultry....Raw Pork...Did you see anybody wash their hands? Do you think these people know what cross contamination is?....Me neither. The finished serving @**17:37** looks like something the Dog ate after the Cat threw up* 🤢🤢😵😵☠☠
No cap. I love these videos and the food always turns out good. But in the beginning sometimes it looks like the food from Resident Evil 7.
This kitchen floor must eat like a king.
😂
This is becoming one of my favorite things to watch.
Good recpies for fried rice with egg.

No one understands flavours more than the Asians. Always incredible watching these masters at work.
