You the only guy on yt family who explain the tig welding pipe nice and soft..the visuals are clear .you don't rush🎉❤ thanks nan All the way from South Africa 🇿🇦🇿🇦🇿🇦📍📍
The weld looks great! Cool video, I learned some new things. And that part about saving pennies while spending dollars is everywhere, probably not much we can do about it...
Amazing tutorial my man! I really hope young welders appreciate free knowledge and tips that are getting from you here, as you would need to pay big bucks for this amount of welding tips! Incredible and extremely educational as always, I truly admire all your efforts! 👍🏽
Hey my brother, thanks for your honest comment and support as always 🙏 I really appreciate it and happy to have you here 👍Being humble and grateful is secret to success, as long as you are willing to learn. I wish I had someone to teach me all the tricks and tips when I started out. You are right, knowledge is usually not for free and you need to pay big bucks for it. This way, people get so much info and tips for free!
Do you move the wire inside to side to side or it's in the middle at my company most big pipes we use 3/32 wire 2.4 mm I heard in of the videos that this it normally cz corn cave so if I use 2, 4 wire do I have to move to side with wire in the pool
Amazing content as always 💪🏻, you do inspire us youngsters the tips you have are great on the tig I’ve always been good with the stick because I done a lot of it but with the tig I always struggled when the gap closed up but without knowing how to open up the butt you really do struggle so I’m glad your showing this on your channel keep up the good work 💪🏻💪🏻

Execelente video de primera calidad el video y el trabajo para el que se está iniciando le viene muy bien para el próximo podes combinar primer y segunda pasada con tig y remate con electrodo? si podes estaria genial ver un video asi
Out of all the informational videos on welding yours are the best because its in real world scenarios. Thank you! What are you using to film the arc shots? Very cool.
Really beautiful, wish i could work with you and learn your techniques, you are really awesome welder brother❤👍, i will continue to follow you... thank you for all your help
Excelent video again, good explanation. I found the tip about keeping the rod 50/50 on the bevel edge, insaid and outside quite helpful. 🙏 Thanks for sharing. Close shoots were great. If possibile in the future it would be great to see zoom out scene, from your hand were you feed the rod. Just an idea, to see how you rest your hand on the pipe. How fast you feed the rod. Do you rest the rod on the tack when feeding. And so on. Cheers
Hi bud! With all respect to you, I think it’s too much to ask from the guy who really explains everything in the detail, and most importantly, for free!! If you go to any college or coarse to learn that, you would need to be paying at least 15 grand!! Any older or experienced welders at job sites are not very keen on sharing any tips or knowledge, as we all know! As you can see, he doesn’t even have so much subs, as for example guys like elosta or welding mon, who have much bigger subs base, and have videos which are 2 min-3 min in duration and give you basically nothing and you can hardly learn anything from them! That’s just my opinion…
@@mikewelder7014 you are probably right about all what you write. Didn't thought that way. My apologies ,at least. Also I try to film my self welding before, so i can analyze my mistakes later. It was very difficult to get good shoots. Reason more to appreciate all the videos published on the channel even more.
Could you do a video on how to weld a consumable insert?! I thinks it's also called a grinnell ring, EB insert...it's a metal ring on the inside of the pipe that becomes the root weld
Thank you for this lesson. All the best in 2023!
Thanks man! All the best to you as well!
