Eversince pandemic had started seniors CAN'T travel. Can't just go with friends and havea little chat..i began to listen his vedios. And now my day is not complete without playing his preaching...what i learn from him is to Go towards THE Eternel Life...i made it a habit to start my day with his preaching and prayers...all that he taught through meditation..i start doing it.ecause i use to wake 3am...i try 3.oo to 3.40 PRAYER....and its true miracle..🌹✌

When I walk with a drink in my hand, I try and walk slow and steady enough to balance it on my Palm spread out flat I use my other hand to cradle it in case it tilts to far .. I don’t know why I started this but I realized it a couple of weeks ago and just went with it . It seems to help with my posture as we’ll.
