I love listening to Sadhguru, he has the ability of making you feel very close to him and has aided me greatly in my own understading in recent years. His teaching has broadened my personal understanding and also my professional life with regard to my approach the men's work. I run a men's group and as we're all quarantined I whacked on one of his meditations and afterwards we all felt such a grand sense of peace. Sadhguru is a true teacher. 🙏

He absolutely is a true teacher ! We don't have many teachers like him or my teacher ( he teaches at Drukama , check it out ) . In this Kaliyuga it is so very hard to find an authentic teacher and teaching system . We are blessed to see these enlightened beings walking on earth still

Every human being is born with a Mind ,Body and Soul .Each connected to each other. All three line up to experience our existence as individuals .As a baby ,child and adult stage of our lives .
If we look closely at ourselves we can come to the conclusion that we are perfectly made. To make something there has to be a designer. Something cannot come from nothing. Therefore there must be a purpose for our existence. Why should our life come to an end? This will give no purpose .We spend most of our lives ,trying to survive. It's time to look beyond our mortal life here on earth and connect with our spiritual life to eternity in what ever dimension it is.
Aliveness not related to age or we get only in meditation. Aliveness in all activities from the time we wake up and sleep and sleep with awareness..wake up again die with awareness...

Sadguru is pretty good in his deed & in his spiritualism. he is one in even in this age looks quite fit. although he is 70 year old but his zeal to do something good for our society are enormous. it's his ecstacy & celibacy which get him fit & healthy. if anyone follow Sadguru feet mark like his celibacy never ever one can become vulnerable. if one's will follow Sadguru living in entire life man would have q been uite fit & healthy. I'm deep follower of Sadguru's fitness and his inclination toward spiritualism.
As we know that whenever we are faced with an adversity, there is always a helping hand coming from the God which helps us to get out of the trouble. To me, the enlightenment that Sadhguru has made available with his thoughts is a sign of God's hands only. Let us all evolve in this process of 'redefining of life'.
