My mom taught me responsibility just like this.. This is amazing... My mom is gone now😔. And I as a mom have been bossy.. Thank you for teaching me this🙂.. Great wisdom😃
What I find so revealing and meaningful are his eyes. I see his joy; I see his need to explain to people like me. Pleasantness would help.
The problem is they don't listen.... At all
I've really become such a fan of him. With my son, raising him was a give and take. Sometimes he led me, but most of the time I led him. I let him know I was the parent, but I was always going to be there for him.
So.... how do I make my 16year old son be responsible for his grades? & his room? How can I help him see it’s important? He’s not giving it his all & his scraping by!!

Masterful, phenomenal, and hilarious. It's like he had eternity to prepare answers for each spontaneous question. And the patience and sincerity he expresses when explaining not to coddle children, but to trust them and give them responsibilities is poignant. as a teenager, i needed sadhguru's advice when I'm in a hard condition of taking my own decision that is because I'm not able to share everything with my mom... The very important thing happening to all the family is parents scare that their child will get into a trouble if they think on their own just because their younger than them. As sadhguru said " listen to their ideas as well and let them experience WHAT IS LIFE". I'm not gonna said im a perfect teenage girl, its just i also make mistake when i experience LIFE for the first time...which is very normal in everyone's life, even our PARENTS life. Parents healing their child's freedom and brilliance by saying "im care for you and im worried about you" and making them live in a small world and not letting them live the ACTUAL life. Teen age is the time when a person realize he have a life and he have to move on themselves.... If you are a child's dad or mom, let your children understand you and please listen to their conditions and decisions. thank you so much Sadhguru for making me have a happy tears and make my mind peace :>

I have seen so many of Sadhguru's video but this one is special. The way he is assertive and yet so subtle with so much wisdom.
I don' t know how to say this, I am totally in love with Sadhguru with all due respect from my heart. I want to meet him. I stay in Delhi, but figured out today that he only has his workshops in Coimbatore, Mumbai and US. I am sure GOD will make a way for me to go to one of these places to meet him.
