Life has its own flow, if you flow with it you will naturally reach the real destination you wanted to reach (knowingly or unknowingly). That flow has a certain pattern and consciousness, so tap into that and try to see if you can make your ideas into reality. Many ideas don't flourish when they were born but when the surroundings were right. An aeroplane couldn't have been invented before industrial revolution because it requires certain machinery even though the idea began long ago, even before Da Vinci. So if you try to do things at the right time, right place and right circumstances you will be happy as your effort will bear fruits
