    I am 41 years old and 5 months normal pregnent , i use to walk almost daily . Hope i can do these exercises ? Just worried Lill bit about my age 😊

    Nice. Just did it....my thighs though but I'm sure as long as I repeat I'd do great. The last time I exercised greatly was 1st and 2nd month of first trimester....lol
