Few months back I was 65kg and I used to feel so insecure because of my weight seeing other girls in my class so slim. One day I came across her videos and they changed me. I lost 5 kgs in a month and I did not exercise even daily, like whenever I got time I did them, imagine if I did her exercises for a month straight. Few months back I was 65kg and I used to feel so insecure because of my weight seeing other girls in my class so slim. One day I came across her videos and they changed me. I lost 5 kgs in a month and I did not exercise even daily, like whenever I got time I did them, imagine if I did her exercises for a month straight.
