That’s pretty much every country. If you order multiple of one item , they will steal one or two and think to themselves you got plenty so you won’t miss this. they also try to over charge you in customs and take the extra. Nothing you can do but pay.
@@KAM128 kinda wrong, it would be hard to steal alot in more developed countries with anti-corruption agencies and systems to stop over charging (basically theft). From my experience it's only underdeveloped countries where this happens on a regular basis. Cuz they have less resources to focus on that type of thing.

Bulgarian here. It was extremely hard at that time to get CC and the taxes were very high. Bank system crumbled in Bulgaria soon after 1995.
