- Well what can I say? Probably one of the loudest run bys I've ever heard and certainly the loudest loco I've heard at Didcot Railway Centre as BR Standard Class 7MT 4-6-2 no.70000 Britannia erupts of Oxford Road Station with the second to last run of the day. Again it's one of those clips that deserved its own part but will still be appearing in the final video.
Filmed on a Panasonic HDC-HS900 with a Panasonic VW-VMS2E Microphone.

70000 is to Britain as NKP 765 is to America, and that's the stack talker of the pack. Fantastic video my friend.
She accelerated fast
What an incredible sound! I almost had to turn it down! Almost!
Sounds amazing, hardly hear them like that on the Main line, well I don't anyway! Good stuff from Didcot!
5322 is loud, but that was very impressive.
Thanks =) Twas incredible to see...and hear.
Yeah that sounds like me when I depart from our station. She has some great stack talk!
Indeed, wasn't expecting her to be so loud! Thanks for watching & commenting Tim =)
Cheers Sam =) Never heard a Brit that loud before.
Nicely captured

Fantastic!

That's the way to do it!
The caption reads "...Oxford Road Station": should it have read "Oxford Station" ?
Oxford road is the station on the most west side of didcot’s main demonstration line. It was not coming from Oxford itself, only confined to didcot railway centre
