I'm curious about the sprayer that you use and also if the finish you use is water based. I'll tell you what I use is just an hvlp setup using air and it has a gravity fed cup. For finish I use rudd from miller paint. I get pretty good results but it has many disadvantages too, like having to keep filling the cup alot and also hard to spray in tight spots. Is the 311 tip like equivalent to say a 0.4 tip on an hvlp gun?
It sure about the HVLP tip. I sprayed HVLP years ago. It was just too slow. I’ll do a video on my spray setup soon. I was spraying Rudd as well from miller paint. Now I’m using Gemini water based. Miller carries it.
So many more trades involved ,scheduling issues. I've started adding corner protectors,and plywood in boxes with plumbing. Schedule is messed up,but #templategod must be satisfied.
Mate, if you can find a cheap walk behind paller stacker, I honestly couldn't recommend one enough. Mines a very old crown, but as it is a straddle leg, not counterbalance, it's not crazy heavy, and should be fine with your floors. I went from horizontal to vertical storage similar to you, but it really started to mess my back up.
@NE_woodworks I could never have justified a brand new one, but I got this for like £600 after keeping my eyes peeled on auctions, market place, eBay etc. It's been a total game changer. I don't think it helps that over here we use a lot less plywood, and a lot more moisture resistant mdf, which is just stupidly heavy. I use a lot of 25mm (inch) and I'm not a big guy at all (well I'm fat, but not big as in tall and strong 😂), and to be honest it was just too much for me manhandling it into the panel saw or the CNC by myself.
So frustrating when other trades disregard the finish work. When something like that happens do you back charge for the time it takes to fix things or you chalk it up?

Josh what plywood do you use as far as prefinished? The stuff I’ve been getting is honestly not the best.
I’m using a pre finished birch ply now. It’s not the best either but it’s a really good price

I charge for my time to fix them. The builder usually includes stuff like that in his budget. But we are just trying to avoid it in the future.
Charge the trade that does the damage.
