The stream decks are programmable LCD keypads. We use them for any repeatable process. Sending invoices for example, we push the invoice key and the stream deck automatically opens outlook, opens a new email, attaches the invoice, CC's management, types our standard title and email body about payments. Then we just insert the customers email and click send. Hope that helps!
