So the Nicaea council did not establish the Trinity, since the Bible had these teachings in it years before this council and all 4 gospels shows that Jesus is God which also existed prior to Nicaea. This council was set-up to clarify to those with heretical views who God was as taught in Scripture - which shows he is a plurality of persons, he is fully identified in Christianity as God the Father, Son & Holy Spirit. Clearly the Nicaean Council did not pluck this concept out of thin-air as the claims made in the vid. Let me clarify something for those who are confused about why many churches were converted into mosques. In the Islamic tradition, the Ottoman Turks would offer the enemy the option to surrender and pay ‘cizya’ before declaring war, conquering any city or state. If this offer is agreed upon, their status remains unchanged, they are free to believe what they want, and can continue with their regular activities as non-muslim citizen of the Great State. In the event that the offer is declined and they decide to engage in battle, Turks envision a scenario where they conquer and repurpose churches as mosques. It was commonly agreed upon as the entitlement of the victor. or ganimat, or right of the sword! So, if you’ve ever been to Istanbul, you’ll know that the historical peninsula was conquered by Fatih the second, resulting in the conversion of all churches into mosques. In Taksim today, there are still many churches that remain open and have not been converted into mosques on the other side of the city where people surrender themselves. Istanbul continues to be a significant centre for the Greek, Russian, and other Slavic Orthodox Christians.
Your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him, and do good to parents. Not quite. Arius and the other bishops believed that Christ was God, that was undisputed. They believed he was the Son of God and they never questioned if he's God. That wasn't the discussion. The discussion, was is he eternal with the Father or did come into Being in his incarnation, meaning there was a time where the "Father was and the Son was not". Greeks at the time believed that God's can make children and they too are fully God's almost like how humans procreate, but Athanasius was saying no, He was eternally begotten and there is no time in which the Father was and the Son was not. CHRIST was there with the father before the foundation of the world / creation as clearly stipulated in the Gospels.

He determined that there were four levels of meaning in the Qur'an. First, the ibara which is the meaning of the text meant for the mass of believers. Second, the ishara, only available to the spiritual elite and lying beyond the obvious verbal meaning. Third, lata’it, subtleties in the text that were meant particularly for saints. And finally, the haqa'ig, which he said were only comprehensible to the prophets. This text placed him among the elite of the Sufi mystics and is widely used as a His fame however, is due mostly to his al-Risala al-Qushayriyya (or the Epistle on Sufism). This text is essentially a reminder to the people of his era that Sufic had authentic ancestral tradition as well as a defense of Sufism. Funny enough I am a Christian but i stopped believing in the trinity after I read my Bible many times by the Grace of God without “church- teaching knowledge “ interfering with my understanding. I discovered that Jesus himself never said he was equal to God neither did the apostles call his God the father” in fact, Paul in one of his letters referred to God as God of Jesus Christ, also in Philippians 2:6, there are so many verses in the Bible disqualifying trinity but I don’t know why many Christians still believe in the trinity. I am a Christian. I have a passion for studying the roots and history of the faith. While the summary of the Council of Nicea is technically correct in that the topic of Jesus's true being was discussed. Your missing a couple very important contextual facts. 1. The trinity was already established doctrine before the council and the 12 Apostles as well as the Apostalic Fathers both said as much over a century and a half earlier. Also this doctrine was taught in the Didache, which is basically a how to be a christian manual given to new converts and dates back to approximately 50- 125 ce. 2. The council of Nicea had 2 main points. To settle the conflicts between churches about when to hold Easter. And to deliberate about the teachings of the Arian Leaders, whose teachings were deemed heretical. No this is not the same group as the aryan brotherhood.
There were several councils of Niceae. One of these decided the nature of Jesus Christ. It is not for me to say they were correct or not. Unitarian Christians have written about this at length.

I am a staunch apologist of syncretism (followers of all makor world religions are syncretised whether they know it or not). Like hundreds of years before when Jesus told us who He is. The Catholic Church has strayed far from where the true faith is. There's only 8 actual counsels that the real church had. Those being the ones before the great schism in 1056. After that the Catholic Church has had a lot more and each one pulled farther away from the true faith. The Jews and Muslims, the two other Abrahamic faiths, are works based salvation as are most religions. However Christianity is the opposite. We are saved and taken to paradise after death because of our faith in Jesus through His endless grace. Jews don't try and spread their faith, Christians are commissioned to spread the faith to the whole world and every soul in it. Islam spread by the sword, Christianity spread by evangelist words. Followers of Muhammad won't hesitate to kill because of his teachings, followers of Jesus won't hesitate to be martyred for our faith in Him. Muhammad married a 9 year old and lead conquests, Jesus was celibate and only showed violence when the Holy Temple of God was overrun by money changers and animals like a marked place. All of which I say to elaborate on the fact that all faiths are not the same and do not synchronize. That's a New age belief that makes zero sense when you hold it to any level of scrutiny.

Any credible historical scholar would never agree with Adnan rashid that it was the council of nicea where Jesus was made equal with God (Jesus was God from eternity lol). Council of nicea did not discuss whether Jesus was divine or not, it discussed the Arian heresy which said that Jesus was not equal with God. They assembled in the council to debunk that view because from the beginning the view of Christianity has been trinity. You're saying that from the beginning, the view of Christianity was trinity, that's a blatant lie. Trinity was non-existent till 381 AD from the beginning of human history. Until 325 where the binitarian nicean creed was formed, most groups were either unitarians(like Arians) or believed in subordination. Arians were not heretic, they were the originals. They never killed Jesus. The matter of the fact that Jesus was praying, sweating and begging God to save him from his enemies in Matthew 26:39 and Luke 22:44, clearly shows he never wanted to die, and God heard his prayers and saved him as prophesied in the full Pslam 91 chapter and the following verses:

Emperor Constantin himself was playing a political game, he was seeing the downward spiral of the Roman empire and so he was trying hard to win over this new belief, which was all over the eastern meditereanean over in his side, BUT he wanted to keep some of the pagan Roman elements in. So they exchanged the Greco-Roman pagan pantheons for the trinity doctrine. The fact is all this has got nothing to do with the true gospels of Jesus the prophet.

You have the wrong history, maybe Islam wants it that way but it is not that way.
Firstly there was no downward spiral in the empire, Constantine wanted unity in the empire and this was the reason for the Nicaea Council, they were not there to establish their own ideas on who God was what was evident but from Scripture. In Scripture God established who he is in the very first book of the Bible. In Genesis, God shows his plurality which men have been explaining away for lack of understanding what God is claiming to be...but let the text itself speak and it is clear God is a plurality of persons, coined in Christianity as the Trinity (they are a tri-unity, 3 in unity i.e. ONE) which does not contradict Scriptures claim to God being ONE, since there is only ONE GOD.
So the Nicaea council did not establish the Trinity, since the Bible had these teachings in it years before this council and all 4 gospels shows that Jesus is God which also existed prior to Nicaea. This council was set-up to clarify to those with heretical views who God was as taught in Scripture - which shows he is a plurality of persons, he is fully identified in Christianity as God the Father, Son & Holy Spirit.

Let me clarify something for those who are confused about why many churches were converted into mosques. In the Islamic tradition, the Ottoman Turks would offer the enemy the option to surrender and pay ‘cizya’ before declaring war, conquering any city or state. Not quite. Arius and the other bishops believed that Christ was God, that was undisputed. They believed he was the Son of God and they never questioned if he's God. That wasn't the discussion. The discussion, was is he eternal with the Father or did come into Being in his incarnation, meaning there was a time where the "Father was and the Son was not". Greeks at the time believed that God's can make children and they too are fully God's almost like how humans procreate, but Athanasius was saying no, He was eternally begotten and there is no time in which the Father was and the Son was not. Narrated 'Aisha: (the mother of the faithful believers) The commencement of the Divine Inspiration to Allah's Apostle was in the form of good dreams which came true like bright daylight, and then the love of seclusion was bestowed upon him. He used to go in seclusion in the cave of Hira where he used to worship (Allah alone) continuously for many days before his desire to see his family. He used to take with him the journey food for the stay and then come back to (his wife) Khadija to take his food likewise again till suddenly the Truth descended upon him while he was in the cave of Hira. The angel came to him and asked him to read. The Prophet replied, I do not know how to read. The Prophet added, The angel caught me (forcefully) and pressed me so hard that I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read and I replied, 'I do not know how to read.' Thereupon he caught me again and pressed me a second time till I could not bear it any more. He then released me and again asked me to read but again I replied, 'I do not know how to read (or what shall I read)?' Thereupon he caught me for the third time and pressed me, and then released me and said, 'Read in the name of your Lord, who has created (all that exists), created man from a clot. Read! And your Lord is the Most Generous. (96.1, 96.2, 96.3) Then Allah's Apostle returned with the Inspiration and with his heart beating severely. Then he went to Khadija bint Khuwailid and said, Cover me! Cover me! They covered him till his fear was over and after that he told her everything that had happened and said, I fear that something may happen to me. Khadija replied, Never! By Allah, Allah will never disgrace you. You keep good relations with your kith and kin, help the poor and the destitute, serve your guests generously and assist the deserving calamity-afflicted ones. Khadija then accompanied him to her cousin Waraqa bin Naufal bin Asad bin 'Abdul 'Uzza, who, during the pre-Islamic Period became a Christian and used to write the writing with Hebrew letters. He would write from the Gospel in Hebrew as much as Allah wished him to write. He was an old man and had lost his eyesight. Khadija said to Waraqa, Listen to the story of your nephew, O my cousin! Waraqa asked, O my nephew! What have you seen? Allah's Apostle described whatever he had seen. Waraqa said, This is the same one who keeps the secrets (angel Gabriel) whom Allah had sent to Moses. I wish I were young and could live up to the time when your people would turn you out. Allah's Apostle asked, Will they drive me out? Waraqa replied in the affirmative and said, Anyone (man) who came with something similar to what you have brought was treated with hostility; and if I should remain alive till the day when you will be turned out then I would support you strongly. But after a few days Waraqa died and the Divine Inspiration was also paused for a while.

THIRD: Western Christians generally don't care about their religion before, if someone wants to pay as long as they are guaranteed big funds, they will do whatever is important for them to be paid. Changing religions is normal for them, if one day they find that Islam is full of lies, they will definitely change again.. They don't realize that the biggest religion on earth is not "Christianity" or "Islam" or "Judaism". The largest religious groups are “Confucianism, Hinduism, Buddhism, Shintoism, and adherents of African, Asian, Latin American ethnic religions including Atheists. The number of these religious groups is 46%. Christianity is only 37% and Sunni Islam + Shia Islam is only 13% and Ahmadyya Islam is 4%. Do I need proof that 114 Surahs are from the Bible????. Funny enough I am a Christian but i stopped believing in the trinity after I read my Bible many times by the Grace of God without “church- teaching knowledge “ interfering with my understanding. I discovered that Jesus himself never said he was equal to God neither did the apostles call his God the father” in fact, Paul in one of his letters referred to God as God of Jesus Christ, also in Philippians 2:6, there are so many verses in the Bible disqualifying trinity but I don’t know why many Christians still believe in the trinity. I am a Christian. I have a passion for studying the roots and history of the faith. While the summary of the Council of Nicea is technically correct in that the topic of Jesus's true being was discussed. Your missing a couple very important contextual facts.
1. The trinity was already established doctrine before the council and the 12 Apostles as well as the Apostalic Fathers both said as much over a century and a half earlier. Also this doctrine was taught in the Didache, which is basically a how to be a christian manual given to new converts and dates back to approximately 50- 125 ce.
2. The council of Nicea had 2 main points. To settle the conflicts between churches about when to hold Easter. And to deliberate about the teachings of the Arian Leaders, whose teachings were deemed heretical. No this is not the same group as the aryan brotherhood.
There were several councils of Niceae. One of these decided the nature of Jesus Christ. It is not for me to say they were correct or not.
Unitarian Christians have written about this at length.

The Catholic Church has strayed far from where the true faith is. There's only 8 actual counsels that the real church had. Those being the ones before the great schism in 1056. After that the Catholic Church has had a lot more and each one pulled farther away from the true faith.

The Jews and Muslims, the two other Abrahamic faiths, are works based salvation as are most religions. However Christianity is the opposite. We are saved and taken to paradise after death because of our faith in Jesus through His endless grace. Jews don't try and spread their faith, Christians are commissioned to spread the faith to the whole world and every soul in it. Islam spread by the sword, Christianity spread by evangelist words. Followers of Muhammad won't hesitate to kill because of his teachings, followers of Jesus won't hesitate to be martyred for our faith in Him. Muhammad married a 9 year old and lead conquests, Jesus was celibate and only showed violence when the Holy Temple of God was overrun by money changers and animals like a marked place.
All of which I say to elaborate on the fact that all faiths are not the same and do not synchronize. That's a New age belief that makes zero sense when you hold it to any level of scrutiny.
That's how satan successfully turned Jesus's followers from monotheism into paganism. With the power of Constantine Ceasar, he forced all the bishops to convert to paganism.

Pliny the Younger, the Roman governor of Bithynia and Pontus (now in modern Turkey) wrote a letter to Emperor Trajan around AD 112 and asked for advice on dealing with the early Christian community. (Epistulae X.96) The Christians in his country sang songs to Jesus like he is a God and refused worship to Roman gods; making them appear as objecting to Roman rule. Pliny states that he gives Christians multiple chances to affirm they are innocent and if they refuse three times, they are executed.
The creed of Nicaea was only the beginning of continued divisions and confusion of christians which is rooted in the bible.
As stated by Allah in the Quran Sura Almaidah verse 14:
"And from those who say, “We are Christians,” We took their covenant, but they neglected a portion of what they had been commanded to uphold. So We let hostility and enmity arise between them until the Day of Judgment, and soon Allah will inform them of all they have done."

If Tawhid is the oneness of Allah, why would this word need to be used which clearly has it's root meaning in unity. What is being unified if Allah is already one as Islam claims?

Even though the Arabic text is “ahadun”, it is recited as “Ahad” and translated into English as “one”. This is despite the fact that the same word “ahadun” is recited as “ahadun” and translated into English 8 other times as “anyone” elsewhere in the Quran (see S15:65, S72:22 etc.). So, clearly in Islam, Allah is a Tawhid [Unity] and not a Unit [Wahid].
In the Hebrew Bible when God says he is "one", the Hebrew word "Echad" is also used which translates as "one" or "unity". This idea of unity, being (many) parts yet one. And this use of the word makes sense since there is ample evidence that God in a multi-personal God in the Jewish Bible which Christians have coined the Trinity.

As a Christian, this truly affirms the existence of Jesus, which Jesus Himself said in The Bible that He is The Only Way to Salvation, Amen to that. What I also get out of this is that, the people were so confused and astonished in The Miracles of Jesus and The Wisdom He spoke because, their mind couldn't phantom His ways. Thank you very much for your beautiful account of Nicea, I did not understand it as you explained, we certainly do not know it well, I used to sing the Nicea faith every Sunday but I will chant it very strongly in church every Sunday from now on after seeing how powerful it is. How the faith creed was done around 325 up to this day is a valid document, all those who accepted it died and completely disappeared from the earth and from the soil, the Roman Empire was destroyed, and the Byzantines fell yet the faith exists and is strong for Christianity until today, how is it possible? Was the power of God there?

Any credible historical scholar would never agree with Adnan rashid that it was the council of nicea where Jesus was made equal with God (Jesus was God from eternity lol). Council of nicea did not discuss whether Jesus was divine or not, it discussed the Arian heresy which said that Jesus was not equal with God. They assembled in the council to debunk that view because from the beginning the view of Christianity has been trinity. They were successful in debunking that theory and Christianity continued to grow and become the biggest religion in the world thanks.😊

You're saying that from the beginning, the view of Christianity was trinity, that's a blatant lie. Trinity was non-existent till 381 AD from the beginning of human history. Until 325 where the binitarian nicean creed was formed, most groups were either unitarians(like Arians) or believed in subordination. Arians were not heretic, they were the originals. The trinitarians were the real heretics.

Trinity was invented by Paul the Liar himself and here in Nicean Counsil Trinity was adopted as state religion and burnt all copies of 26 Gospels retaining 4 present day Gospels.
