As a someone raised by a single mother, I had nannies... the process of vetting and finding a good person to take care of your child isn’t a mindless thing.

I’m a nanny and I think it’s really important for parents to get their individual time and freedom. The parents I work for are so close to their children and have such a healthy relationship with them BECAUSE they also get to work, go out, run errands and live their lives sometimes away from their children.
Ethan has a good amount of self restraint, i think he realises how she doesn’t mean it, he’s very emotionally intelligent

This is gaslighting. Trisha, out of nowhere, said “I would never have a nanny” after getting into a fight with Ethan. It was an obvious attack to make him feel insecure and guilty about his parenting style. Definitely projecting her own insecurities on him. And then to say hes “projecting” ..... gaslighting 101. She knew exactly what she was doing by bringing up the nanny and then tried to shift the blame on Ethan. Honestly Trisha needs help. I truly feel bad for her and I know she’s been through a lot. But she will never get better as long as she’s still in the public eye and still dating people before she truly loves herself.
Definitely. She’s just saying that because she knows a) she can’t have children biologically and b) shell never be mentally sane enough to adopt etc (no shame at all to people who fall into those categories but her actions are not justified due to that)
Trisha was being gaslighted first. She knew something was off with Hila, and Ethan tried to say she has no issue with her at first and it's just an issue with Moses, then it finally comes out after she presses, and he tells her she doesn't like when Trisha says certain things. Not only that, Ethan totally blindsides Trisha by saying not to talk about Hila WHILE THEY ARE FILMING. That is totally unprofessional. If Hila had a real issue with this that she wants to be taken seriously, she or they (her and Ethan) needed to have a discussion with her before filming about what is off-limits to talk about. Trisha is right, if they are talking about her personal life AND this is a podcast called FRENEMIES, yeah, certain things are going to be said that are offensive THATS THE POINT OF THE PODCAST. Again if certain things are off limits, it needs to be out in the open and agreed upon in a fair way for everyone. No, this doesn't justify bad behavior from Trisha, but it makes sense why she would feel hurt and rejected, and on top of that, they try to convince her everything is fine when it's not. That fucks with someone's head.
And she has not publicly recognized that that comment was an attack. She'd rather focus on how she's being "exploited." I have a lot of sympathy for Trisha and I loved Frenemies, but I am so ready for it to just be over. She definitely needs to get off the internet for awhile, work on herself. Ultimately, I feel bad for Hila. She's the real one going through it right now, in my opinion.

His nanny comment was in reference to having a nanny/babysitter versus a family member available to constantly watch a child, which trisha was advocating for. And as for the comment he made in regards to being around a 1.5 year old, that statement was made in the context of trying to get anything done, such as run his business. Toddlers are a full time job in and of themselves and this is what he meant. You don't have to agree with what he said, but at least actually listen to what he said and not twist it to fit your own "I hate Ethan, he's rich wahhhhh" narrative.

I said from the jump I didn’t think they should’ve aired that episode. People said they had reasons but personally I think a lot of the damage could’ve been curbed by not posting the episodes of Trisha having melt downs. But ultimately I think Trisha was wrong for attacking Hila and bringing the kid into it. That opinion never had to be shared.

The truth hurts. Kids can be so cruel even when they love you. Can’t imagine her dealing with any of that or the sacrifices of having little children.
