Cut the old straps to different lengths and put them under your straps to protect them aka edge protectors .
I was watching it in the beginning and said to myself that I would like to see more tarping. You ended up doing a tarp on your next load and also appreciate that speech at the end. Hey buddy for some pieces like those that fall out you can try to get some shrink wrapping maybe in H. Depot or Lowes in packaging area. Is like $8 per roll and is like 500 feet per roll or more, if you can get it in amazon maybe is cheap.

I've always heard to put ratchets on driver side, but I never have, I always do passenger for the exact reason you said.
Im ok with tarping when its an easy one lol, I had a crate that was 13.4ft including the trailer that needed tarped and that was super sketch.
I am not sure why people would do any other way. I’ve been there as well, those are the worst lol

Good morning, I have went through and watched your videos and now got your RUclips channel. Where are ya'll located? Please,I will come work for free,if you will show me how to do this. I have my cdl b,transport college athletes around. So I'm running the distance, just not getting the pay or freedoms. I'll come to you. The videos are very helpful,but not a lot of Hotshot drivers in Ohio,or at least willing to share as I get out. I want to do hands on learning. I don't want anything for free. I don't steal,I'm just looking to gain knowledge and be my own boss.

Getting all my equipment in and I'm just like 😟 where tf is this all going to go. To be safe, secure, and out of the way lol
I keep mostly everything in my tool box on the trailer. Tarps i have one in the truck bed and one on top of my spare on the gooseneck. Tots have some supplies like moving blankets, bungees, tools, and safety equipment
What type bungee do you use? Rubber or composite?

No I got it stock. Only think I added later was the dunnage rack which I highly recommend

I don’t recommend it but its doable I think. You might have to check with DOT

Bro I was wondering if I could put my name and #s on my trailer only that way my truck doesn’t have them when I’m not using it for work. It doesn’t get used for anything but work my trailer that is so when I hook it up to my truck that way my company name and #s be with the truck just on trailer.
It will have to be on the truck as well. You can just get magnets that you can remove whenever your using it for personal use.
