Nice job Alan. I've attempted inside out twice and both have been a bit of a failure. Hope to try the comp this year, only been turning just over a year and the quality is so good that it will need some serious planning. Great video, well done!
I was going to ask how to make an inside out project with either more or less number of staves. Thank goodness I clicked on the "show more" bar and there was all the info I needed. Thanks for including that info. I can't wait to see the making of the finials and, of course, the finished ornament. I'd like to see both the Christmas Tree and the Bell versions. I guess you'll have to make two ornaments now. LOL!! Is it too early...Merry Christmas.
Very good job, Alan. I have a question to ask you. I see that sometimes you use aliphatic adhesive and sometimes vinylic. Is that accidental, or does it obey a predefined criterion?
My general glue uses are: Titebond II (Yellow) - General shop purposes Titebond Original Extend (Yellow) - Segmented projects White - When I need clear if there is squeezeout. CA - repairs, threads, some mounting Epoxy - special purposes Alan
For me the Christmas Tree 🎄 inside would be amazing it just sounds great with the finials I’m sure you will probably do both an I’m sure they will both be great Thanks Alan
Wonderful job Alan with very clear and concise explanations. Thank you so much. Russell

There is nothing like a challenge to test your skills. You may do better than you think.

Thank you, Alan. Here Titebond is expensive and a bit difficult to get.
Looks awesome!!
Bring yours to the challenge. :)
