Why don’t projects like this get pushed like Berserk 2017 or Netflix’s adaptations do? I’d pay to see this every week.

i saw "motion comic" and expected some wiggling manga panels but this was absolutely insane, the attention to detail, the parallaxing, the sound design, actual frame by frame animation, breathtaking!
i was writing my opinion then i read yours, don't want to copy so i just like yours, i feel the same "@Studio Taka" amazing work never see nothing as good before. ill really pay to watch this full. better thant watch a shitty 3d 25fps from a big company.
@@neo_o8057 24 fps is the standard, almost every movie is in 24 fps. There's a lot more to animation than fps, there are like 13 principles

The music, the expressions, the sound effects and the voice acting was just phenomenal, it really felt like reading the manga, the feeling itself of guts speaking for his comrades, referring to them as people who where so young and did not have the chance of dying doing what they wanted, it crushes your soul definitely.

Keep up the good work, so far all the voice actors including yours have gotten better throughout the episodes. Not only the voice acting, but the animation, music, transitions, and sound effects have all gotten better progressively. Good job, man.

What really captured me here was Guts' performance
The dude is *perfect* for the role in basically every way
Every voice actor in this perfect. Guts' actor can give Marc Doriason a run for his money. And he IS Guts.
The way that tonal shift happened from comedy to horror was so damn seamless it felt like I was watching an actual show, and both tones were on point! Puck had me cracking up when he was drunk, made it even funnier than the manga. I was so bummed when it ended though, I guess not a whole lot happens in the manga at this point since the runtime is pretty much the same as the first two episodes. Makes sense to slow things down, but it really made me feel the length of the episode. Nevertheless, it was so packed to the tits with quality it's impossible to be disappointed! Y'all are on fire!

At first I thought this was gonna be a cheesy dub and animation but it's actually quite legitimate and pretty badass. Now I'm very much wanting more.
We will probably never get an adaptation of the black swordsman that's better than this. I can feel the passion behind this every second I watch. Thank you so much for giving us a good adaptation of the best manga ever made. I hope to see the entire series adapted like this some day.

The ost was amazing and on point, I liked the one with Guts and Puck talking. The rain sounds, the storms, animations… AMAZING
Yeah the animation is great especially for a fan project, but can we talk about how good the dubbing is?!?! Puck has the perfect amount of annoyance in the voice that suits his character without you wanting to rip your ears out like the 16/17 anime had. Guts flows perfectly and has the right amount of raspiness to where he sounds like guts and not a knock off batman. Although I still prefer Marc Diraison ofc, this dub of guts is definitely second!
Honestly, Berserk 2016 Puck and Berserk 1997 Guts in this sound perfect in this. Can't wait to see who the rest of the cast will be as this continues. xD
Tbh, I personally prefer this voice over Diraison. Don't get me wrong, dude knocks it out of the park (as does Michael Bell) but I think his voice sounds a bit *too* brutish for someone like Guts. This version as you mentioned, is a lot less deep, and emphasizes the rhaspiness.
As someone else said, it's exactly how you imagine him sounding in the manga.

The best adaptation of bersek, the music and atmosphere are both spot on
The level of quality here is honestly incredible. The amount of original drawings and animation along with the amazing use of the original manga make this feel like an adaptation that's both faithful to the original source material while being an original creation that can be enjoyed by newcomers and long time Berserk fans alike. Like, you guys have an opening, an ending, original music, amazing voice actors, incredible sound design and mixing, AND the fact that it's actually paced incredibly well. I thought episodes 1 and 2 were awesome but you guys really outdid yourselves with this one. Huge props to the team, you guys are amazing!

I feel the same! The quality has gone up so much. Eps 1 was a bit rough around the edges, but fine and you could tell passion went into it. 2nd eps they found a bit more of a stride, but this episode, man, the quality has gone through the stratosphere. Take my money!

Someone seriously needs to adopt/hire you all as an animation studio so you can make more of these faster. The quality is amazing and getting better and better. There is no better adaptation than animating the actual source material itself. Just amazing work once again.

The jump in quality from episode to episode is amazing. The voice acting is superb in this episode. The animation is much smoother. And the pacing smooth. Keep up the great work!

The voice actor for Puck is 100% amazing!!!! he has such chemistry with the Guts’ voice actor!! I’m not kidding when I say this is the best adaptation of Puck throughout all the mediums, including the manga.

The most underrated but also the most crucial thing that makes this work is the excellent audio work. It's what immerses you completely. You guys are doing really great work, I hope this doesn't run into copyright issues or anything like other fan projects.
I tried to rewatch the 2016 CG anime after seeing these masterpieces and I swear to the god hand it is not possible. The quality of this adaptation is just too phenomenal! I came back to watch all your amazing episodes again. The sheer amount of work you all put into this is outstanding. Thank you for your dedication to this amazing series! I wish Studio Taka had more support behind its projects. You can tell the Quality of the animation and voice acting has gone up each episode. The fact that they put in so much effort to animate 15 min + for practically no pay shows the love the fan base has for this series. Thank you .

god this is so criminally underrated, by far the current best adaption. the amount of passion u guys put into this its a shame for the quality at the current funding it takes so long for each ep to release. U guys have truly done something special here.
Honestly has to be the best episode yet. The animation was perfect, the music was perfectly placed, the voice actors are all great. These 3 episodes have gotten me really intrigued with Berserk, especially the brand. Slowly more and more hints are shown about the brand and Berserks universe, it's great.

I love the gradual improvement in animation quality. It's a little rough around the edges, especially with the integration of high fps CGI for Gut's legs at 5:25 alongside lower fps 2D animation, but Studio Taka's done an excellent job considering this is fan work.
Funny how fans with limited budget can outdo professional studios when it comes to adapting Berserk.

Fuck man, I didn't know you could take something as good and complete as berserk and make it even better. At this point even the concerns I had with the first episode, like the voice actor for guts are gone, the man got much better with acting and now fits perfectly

The animation was amazing and was enhanced even more by the smooth transitions between panels. The whole episode felt so seamless. The ost, sound design, and voice acting all created such an immersive environment. This is definitely your best episode to date. The year long wait was 100% worth it.
Once again, Berserk fans have made the holiday season awesome.

Legit dude. I am so happy for this adaptation. The voice actors(Everyone was great. Puck made me lol multiple times, got the personality totally down!), the music, and also the added in animations that coincide with the original manga panels, all absolutely brilliant. I got chills when the poor priest's daughter got ran through. This series is awesome.

I just happened to stumble across this series by chance and dear God.. I'm completely blown away. I just sent this to every Berserk fan I know and I will be throwing as much money as I can at this project from now on. From amazing animations, to the sound design, the stellar musical composition and my personal favorite: the voice acting. You guys have truly found a way to encapsulate exactly how I, and many others imagine Guts and Puck sounding. I simply can't praise this work enough. This truly is an absolute masterclass and I CANNOT WAIT to see more from y'all
The worst part of this was when it ended because now I have to wait longer for more of this absolute masterpiece!! This is the closest we’ve ever gotten to a fully animated black swordsman arc and I love it! Can’t wait until you guys get to old sludgy.

I'm so grateful I found this series. Been a Berserk fan for about a year now but didn't find this until a few days ago. Loved it so much I rewatched them. It gives much needed depth to the Black Swordman arc. Not that it wasn't great, but it was the first part of Berserk, it didn't have the detail, and wasn't nearly as fleshed out. The more positive, quiet scenes get much more thought in this. From Puck healing Guts after being tortured, to the funny scenes with Collette in this episode. And Guts' dialogue. Having it in this form with the insane amount of work put into this project helps me thing about Berserk in a deeper way.
Never really considered being a patron for projects like these but holy shit....I gotta do my part. This is incredible
A professional work, really GOOD ART, GOOD SOUND DESING, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, THIS IS THE TRUE BERSERK ADAPTATION.
The art is mostly done by Kentaro Miura, so it mostly takes from his work, but they need to animate some of t but your seeing original animation by the team is very well done
