Soon every team will have Allegiant Stadium
Especially the Jets and WHEN that's the case they'll do so in either Flushing, Long Island City, or Jamaica (soon to be dead Aqueduct Racetrack) or Brooklyn (Floyd Bennett Field) or Staten Island by paying for the stadium themselves along with private corporations to do so
Except buffalo and green bay.
At least fans wont freeze their ass off trying to support their teams
Not the colts, Lucas oil is timeless and I don’t see it getting replaced
@@trentbishop5307 but that one is still a dome.
No more music
It wasn't that bad.
He can adjust the mix a little to make it a little lower
I'm not a Bill's fan (Pats fan), but I respect the decision to go open air. I think their fans would hate a dome. We embrace the cold weather here in the northeast.
As a Bills fan, i agree, there is going to be overhangs that cover 60% of seats and heated seats, thats all we need. A dome would have meant a turf field instead of the grass field they will be using. Buffalo won't get a SB regardless.
That Cleveland Browns rendering is…something…
I hate the music. Either put it farther down in the mix or eliminate it altogether. You fine without it.
Brook Park looks like an abandoned steel mill.
In his discord he said he'd turn it down so I'm confused to see him not change it at all
Largely opinionated, the music is excellent. Not nearly as loud as his previous vids
I am glad Buffalo and GB will always be outdoors. At least will have a couple teams play in the snow.
I'm a Ravens fan, but I like and approve of the bills stadium. I know people complaining about the snow, but from what I heard, I believe they'll have a heating system installed to help with that.
Are we in Tron now?
The Buffalo Bills stadium should have been built in downtown Buffalo. But it was estimated that by doing so it would have cost an additional $1 billion+ to build the infrastructure to support it. In addition, many of the homeowners in the area where this stadium would have been built downtown vowed they would fight any attempt to expropriate their homes/property
F that ...buffalo is about tailgating not possible downtown
As someone who lives in the area there was no feasible way they could’ve build it downtown plus the tax for it would’ve been astronomical downtown. The owner and the city officials both agreed that they wanted to stay in Orchard Park but also it being outside was also the cheapest economically for taxpayers in Orchard Park. outside in downtown it would’ve been $25 million more just outside not counting the dome which would’ve been $10 million more than what the estimation of renovations were for the billion dollar investment with outdoor in Orchard Park just across the street from where the old stadium is. There was no feasible way they could have made that happen and most people wanted it in Orchard Park anyways.
I want the next NFL stadium renderings (Washington or Carolina) to have a European esc design like Tottenham stadium or the bernabeu in Madrid and add a retractable roof instead of the new cookie cutter stadium design with a non retractable dome that seemingly looks to be the norm going forward. I'm not buying the "European style of stadiums doesn't work for U.S stadiums"
The Bills stadium is supposedly modeled after Tottenham.
The new Bears stadium is supposed to be 3.2 billion
Can you please raise the volume on the music?
13:19 Can Neo RFK Stadium be rebuilt for Washington Commanders, Old Glory DC, and DC Defenders in one stadium since the original RFK Stadium was demolished in 2026-2027 alongside FedEx Field?
9:24 The United Football League should bring back the Jacksonville Black Bulls to New Jaguars Stadium
I wonder how much these organizations are considering the market relative to costs and availability of the best builders and materials? I'd like see a video that focuses on the race to secure crews and materials to keep costs as low as possible. Who is first in the cue? Where do the others sit in relation to that?
Buffalo is just copy paste of Tottenham. Love it 😎
Love how you do your homework and info. Mad love and respect to you and your channel as always! Thumbs Up all the time and shared. A+++
The Bears stadium renderings are awesome! I hope it works out somehow in Chicago.
A lot of players came out against turf, blaming it for increased injuries. I'm suprised more teams arent going with a retractable roof
Illinois is close to bankruptcy. I can't see how the state/taxpayer is going to fork up money for something like a football stadium
3:07 United Football League should bring back the Chicago Enforcers at New Bears Stadium
9:38 The Khans got money….🤷🏾♂️
Everyone's getting a Dome
I give the Browns props for going with a more original design, however they should know better than to put it right next to an airport.
The 49ers made that exact mistake.
They spent 275 million on that renovation to BoA stadium
In my opinion, should the NFL ever expand again within the future, I hope the following cities would at least consider getting teams:
Albany (A New Stadium In Albany NY)
Auckland (Eden Park, Auckland New Zealand)
Austin (A New Stadium In Austin TX)
Berlin (A New Stadium In Berlin Germany)
Birmingham (Protective Stadium, Birmingham AL)
Columbus (A New Stadium In Columbus OH)
Hartford (Rentschler Field, Hartford CT)
London (Wembley Stadium, London England)
Louisville (Cardinal Stadium, Louisville KY)
Madrid (A New Stadium In Madrid Spain)
Mexico City (Estadio Azteca, Mexico City Mexico)
Montreal (Percival Molson Memorial Stadium, Montreal QB)
Oklahoma City (A New Stadium In Oklahoma City OK)
Omaha (A New Stadium In Omaha NE)
Orlando (Camping World Stadium, Orlando FL)
Ottawa (TD Place, Ottawa ON)
Paris (Parc De Princes, Paris France)
Portland (Providence Park, Portland OR)
Sacramento (A New Stadium In Sacramento CA)
Salt Lake City (Rice-Eccles Stadium, Salt Lake City UT)
San Antonio (Alamodome, San Antonio TX)
San Diego (Snapdragon Stadium, San Diego CA)
St. Louis (The Dome At America’s Center, St. Louis MO)
Sydney (Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park Australia)
Toronto (BMO Field, Toronto ON)
Vancouver (BC Place, Vancouver BC)
The browns stadium looks more like a mall than a stadium
I thought you were gonna suggest that Haslam would move the browns to another city. Scared me for a sec.
All cold weather stadiums need to be domed. Period. Nissan Stadium looks fantastic! My Giants need to dome Metlife immediately!
The Bears might look to bring an AFC team to Chicago (Jacksonville?) to Arlington Heights. The alternative is a ballpark for the White Sox or a NASCAR Facility (why not? The street race and a permanent facility would work)
Bro what, this is the most clueless thing I’ve ever heard 😭
I believe the Khan family wants to stay in Jacksonville. Superbowl someday in a new stadium maybe but doubt Wrestlemania lol
1:24 when Nissan Stadium gets demolished, Tennessee Titans my play at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium in Memphis, Tennessee while new Nashville stadium gets finish
I Doubt It. When The Oilers Moved, They Did A Pit 🛑 In Memphis & The Attendance Was Horrible!!!
5:49 The Cleveland Browns should play at Progressive Park while the Guardians get a new Stadium in Brooks Park
Open air stadiums way better for homefield advantage
Don't trust ANYTHING coming out of Chicago in reference to a new stadium being built for the Bears or the White Sox. They're both asking for too much money so unfortunately it's never going to happen. The Bears wasted taxpayer money on that awful renovation of Soldier Field and the place is still a dump. Guaranteed Rate Field is still pretty decent, so the Sox don't even need a new park, just a better team.
Top of new Nissan looks like a PlayStation 2.
Here come the music comments 😂
Why do some of you narrators pronounce the Jacksonville team...Jaulars or Jagwires, it is pronounced... JAGWARS!!
Exactly!
Prometheus!
The Royals are leaving? Where are they going?
Nowhere
Football should be played outside on grass, period. At the very least on grass.
GRASS!!!
No way shovels are in the ground in 2025 for the Bears stadium after all it is Chicago
Exactly. They won't even have all the palms greased by then.😂
Teams saw ATT Stadium n said, “i want that….” Ya welcome or Im sorry?? Idk. 🤣
11:12 SEE…LOOKS JUST LIKE ATT STADIUM…
Jesus is the only way into Heaven. If you have not repented, please repent and ask Him into your life. Cleanse you from ALL unrighteousness. Make Him your Lord & your Savior & YOU will go to Heaven.
the Browns should move to Baltimore
Again?
Panthers should knock current stadium down and building a new one Bank of America stadium is in a perfect spot in downtown Charlotte all the need to do is relocate to Columbia,SC and play in Williams Brice Stadium. As far as tge Redskins I am one who feels that the Wizards should build an arena along with a Redskins stadium @ the old RFK and rename it RFK Field
Crank up the music! Not loud enough! More music!!!!
Smd big red
