- I'm in the final stretch trying to pug all dungeons at +20 or higher, in time. I decided to bring in the special forces.
Pugging My Way Up is a series in which I (raider in BDGG and former MDI "competitor") enter the world of pugs in World of Warcraft. I won't play with anyone I know, and nobody will know who I am. This season I am playing a Devastation Evoker. I completed my first milestone of Keystone Master. Next on the list is all 20s in time!

Pugging My Way Up is actually such a good series. Started watching them back on your Survival Hunter. Actually top tier content.

Looking forward to see what next season brings, we’ve had Warrior, DK, Pala, Hunter, Priest and Evoker. Always love these series

gratz on getting your goal. I barely *barely* managed to do a +15 back in BfA as a fury warrior, havent tried mythics since. Im on an old laptop so anything over a +5 is asking to just be carried ^^; maybe someday on a new rig ill explore azeroth again

I'd love to see Druid in the next season! Feral is really cool this patch and seeing you play more of a dot class since we haven't seen rogue or warlock either would be cool :)

The animation for the beam when you're out of dragon form Is so good, makes me wish we could stay out the whole time. The only nitpick I have Is maybe they could make their arms a little straighter?. Like this T.

Avoid the taco boys and the Chinese zombie gang in PUGs.
I'm glad to see more people doing these zero to hero challenges on a dps. It felt like at first people were only doing them on meta tanks which is fine but a bit disingenuous to give people the idea they will get invited to groups that easily. Because we know the real challenge of mythic plus for a dps is getting invited in the first place.
What a series thank you can't wait for s2!
My ret journey ended today as well, all portals gained, most of which after the ret rework (because it slams). This series was wierd though for me, cuz it would often give me the motivation to go push for a key, then proceed to get the worst pug imaginable. But this week, for whatever reason, it all clicked.

the druid in halls didnt seem to know that he has to dispell the dot from the thundercallers

I've noticed this in my personal pugging experiences as well, but doing keys doesn't seem to bad this season. Normally on all my alts I'd still be in the +2-10 range if I'd played them the same amount in SL, but now I get to 15s in an afternoon of pugging.
15's are similar difficulty to 10's from SL if im not mistaken.. Pugs will always be pugs and decline you to 20's if you dont have 20's timed :D
@@NatoRadeXin terms of difficulty, a 15 is an 18 SL, but our stats are really good for a first tier so it evens out
@@NatoRadeX basically what Timmy said. They increased the scaling modifiers on key levels so a 15 is like an 18 but it's easier to gear right now so we overgear the content to make it feel more balanced out.

How are you staying out of dragon form so much? I don't see a buff for anything on your bar that would make that happen.
I use a lot of toys to change my model because the dragon is ugly
big evoker noob here, but shouldnt you let your fire breath go off at 1 charge to allow for as much DoT time on your target as you can get?
If the target will live a while yes, if it will die or get low quickly you want the damage upfront due to your mastery
