Just out of curiosity, what if someone was a student driver out for a drive with their parent or guardian who has a license and years of driving experience? I see teens driving with their parents sometimes before they even get a learners permit, is it something you’re able to get them in trouble for? (And just a note, this is in the case scenario where it’s just a traffic stop and they’re overall obeying the rules of the road and haven’t gotten into a wreck or anything.)
@@Trigger__Happy They could be arrested or cited for driving while never receiving a license. It is a misdemeanor in my state, and would make it a lot more difficult to get a license.

@@Trigger__Happy Its this thing called a learners permit. The test for a permit is a knowledge test not a skills test. She probably would have been arrest if it was before covid times. She is walking away bonded with 2 traffic citations, a obstruction charge and two warrants waiting for her. When she finally gets in front of a judge and with all this extra. Driving on revoked, missing court and lieing. I wouldn't want having all that to deal with. Lol
@@brighterdayjenn8579 Oh I see. I apologize for my earlier comment. This officer should've at least took this time to educate her on what would've happened if he had the power to arrest.
@@bunk9261 no problem. I'm pretty sure they only transport people to jail that have committed crimes that harmed or may harm someone (a danger). So until they lift this restriction we are going to be some what disappointed not seeing people be cuffed and booked. Lol
Everyone who is stopped,is either driving someone else’s vehicle,or ‘literally’ just got it.
She should have been arrested. Forget the fact that she flat out lied, she's driving on suspended licenses. In Tennessee, you go straight to jail for that alone. And you sure go to jail for lying to the police. Again she should have been arrested!
Yes. I'm from TN too and I can guarantee you that I would have been taken to jail.
I don't understand why so many people don't have their drivers license or ID on them. We would get at least a fine here.
Aussie?
Ya where.?
Yes! In my country: no Licence??? Impounded car! Simple.
Most European countries you can't drive a vehicle without ID and Driver's License, if you get caught you're literally fucked.
@@JoshuaBartolomeu What if you just forget? It happens sometimes, you forget your wallet.
I got pulled over for expired plates one block from my house and got my car towed. How does this woman get away with this?
Female privilege
"Vagina" or a cop in a good mood, not sure which.
female privledge
Uhhh.. my plates were expired for 7 months and I just got a ticket...also got pulled over again a month after the first ticket because I hadn’t renewed before my court date with a warning... still, no tow. My county has low crime rate, but high traffic violations (because they have nothing else better to do)... That sucks for you. Also...HOW?? That’s absurd. Expired tag is no cause for a towable offense where I live (southern Alabama)
@@NoOneCaresJSYK How, you ask? I just probably lost the cop lotto that day. Got the wrong cop on the wrong day.
I get a kick out of their astonished looks when the Officer tells them there’s a warrant out on them! She deserves an Emmy.
She got her license revoked for DUI, still drove around and got caught doing so, and then she failed to show up in court and now has a warrant for not showing up. Here, she's caught doing the exact same thing and tried to lie her way out of it, which is baffling in itself because who knows what she was expecting to gain from it.
She should've been arrested here because she's not supposed to operate a vehicle. Bad luck has nothing to do with her getting pulled over that frequently. Her complete disregard of the law and going the wrong way shows her incompetence which makes it even more clear that she's clearly a threat to society.
As for her sister, I can't even seem to comprehend why she, knowing the facts about her being revoked and such (we'd assume), is even letting her drive when she herself has a valid license and as it turned out, is completely well and able to do so in the first place. Smh.
she was definitely aware of that. she knew she had court, she knew she missed it. and everyone knows you get a warrant when you don't show up to court.
But nobody told her.....
She’s lucky she got the nicest officer ever, that’s crazy, I probably wouldn’t have been as nice.
They just ant wana deal with it probly smaller police force
That officer is really getting his 10,000 steps in on this stop !
Completely lied to law enforcement _drove without any I.D_License revoked_broke various laws but.... Slap on the wrist F*** OUT of HERE!
Police work for a corporation hence their name. If you actually know the constitution we do not need to abide by them.
@@Justinhomii go try that irl lmao
Considering the circumstances, she got off WAY too easily. A. She repeatedly lied about her identity, which is obstruction of justice. B. She was driving on a revoked license. C. She failed to show up for her court date. D. She had a warrant out for her arrest. E. She was driving the wrong way, which could have seriously injured or even killed someone as well as herself and her sister. How is she walking away from this???? She should have immediately had the metal bracelets slapped on her, be thrown in the back of the cruiser, and had her ass hauled off to jail! What a joke.
She’s still getting charged for all of it…
Facts they would’ve taken me to jail if I did the same
This is just disgusting that she was let go. If she lied about the name I'm sure she lied about everything else.
@quad849she knew what she was doing. She acted surprised. Lied about many different things BECAUSE she knows. If I was that officer she would be in cuffs for sure. This officer is why criminals think they can get away with anything.
Using the word “Literally” everytime should be a 10 dollar charge and “Bro”
She does all that and still gets to go to her dart competition, just a slap on the wrist
On the one hand I do like when cops use their discretion to go for sig bond instead of hauling people in.
On the other hand, when you look at her reaction to being held accountable for her obstruction 11:49, I think she could do with a few more consequences.
I don't see anything wrong with her reaction. Not sure what you're talking about.
She didn't roll her eyes, but rather gave that nod like "yeah that one's on me."
That's the impression I get.
That reaction is definitely up for interpretation. I took it as a “yeah that’s my fault I was stupid” but again everyone interprets things differently
I'm glad all the other comments in this chain are the same as my thought haha. Wasn't being disrespectful, looked more like a "yeah that makes sense, I deserve that" haha.
I’ve come to realize these midwestern officers are extremely chill. Pull this fake name shit or any other offense in New England and the cops will pull you out of your car and scream at you 😂
They do that in Maine definitely
@@jerryneil8558 I bet. Especially State troopers
In the south too
Sounds like East Germany
Depends what town or city you find yourself pulled over in the only ones who don't fuck around are state troopers here. Typically if you are honest if they can they will cut you a break.
it is strictly forbidden to drive a car in Europe without a license and ID, that alone will cost you a few hundred dollars in fines, in the USA nobody seems to have any License and IDs with them
Same here in America, it's illegal to drive without a license. Police also issue tickets, can have the car impounded which could lead to thousands of dollars in fines.
they would have took me to jail towed the car made me sit in jail for 2 weeks then give me probation for 6 months and owe 3 grand
FACTS.
Well as long as they keep letting her go without any consequence she will never give a damn about how far she can get with police. The privilege runs strong in this one. 🤦♂️
A man would never get away with that bullshit. So much for being treated equal
@Pan Polski He definitely meant woman privilege. Men of all races would be in handcuffs under those same circumstances. She probably drove off telling her sister she always gets away with stuff.
