This is one of my favorite motorcycle content channels. My bro just got a dyno in his shop, so to me, its like when I'm there watching him work on his clients bikes. Cant wait till I can get my 21' z900 tuned.
Had my brand new '23 ZX10R KRT dropped off 2 days before Christmas. 😁 I absolutely love this bike! It's my daily driver and I also run it at my local track up here in New Hampsha' at the very beginning amateur level. I'm just an old slow guy having more fun than I ever have on a motorcycle. Basically bone stock other than all the "standard" bike protection stuff and rearsets. Thanks for the video and keep yourselves safe! 😃👍❤🏍🏁 Randy
Never been a fan of the Z. dunno why 6 world titles speak for itself just doesnt tickle me. Impressive gains and kudos for actually removing the PAIR not just plugging the hole like many lazy mofos.
Very very impressive. I want to hear more about this making the valves run hot.? I haven’t 636. I flashed the ECU and I’ve done the marble. Is there any danger of hurting my engine with this modification? any help or advice from anyone would be very appreciated
Ive run seven bikes at the Bonneville Salt Flats over the last fourteen years and I'm considering a new ZX10 and going after the 205 mph record. The issue is the class requires stock exhaust and stock bore/stroke. Changes to ECU and air filter are allowed. What would be required to get to 220 rwhp or is that even possible?
@davidallen3406 there are no check wngine lights once I'm finished. They only trip during the tuning process since front wheel isn't spinning. The wheel speed sensors trip and freaks the ecu out.
Filter, Exhaust, Stacks are the only real ways to increase power. Once that's done. You're left with E85/MR12, and reduce weight. After that? Gotta break into engine and use better components to either increase displacement OR increase Revs.
@AST4EVER the project bike laid out 201whp on pump and didn't tune yet on mr12. Waiting on some stuff but going back up on dyno soon to check and make sure it's good to go 🤙
@user-qh5cz6fc4n we do 4th and 5th gear dyno runs. It depends on gearing and setup of the bike. Basically you want to find which gear is closest to 1:1 ratio. The reason for that is when you fo the mapping the tune will be close all in all per gear since the ratios are all different. Different loads cause mapping to be slightly different per gear. 👍👍

Yeah man thanks for the good words. We want to spread the love and joy we have for shop life and building cool shit lol 🤙
First factual video I've came across for the zx10s. Definitely subscribing and sending my bike to you in due time.
the sound is 🔥🔥🔥

No emission removal sir? Can you do a series or video about that?

I flipped one of the TB clamps to make future work easier
I want a exhaust but don't want everyone to know I'm doing 200.
Do a cam install video with dyno numbers on a stock cam vs krt or some other aftermarket cam.
I read the fine print for a free hat!
Yessir! We got ya. Give us a call at 727-256-0001 🙌
Would there be away to get the check engine light off?

@@provenpowercycles got ya i love your vids when the dealership gets my 2025 ZX-6R in i want to bring it to u to tune it
Are these new 10r's reliable??
What more really can u do to gain more power

Only problem is at 13-14000 rpm in first gear is 100mph so when will you ever be at top rpm in 2nd through 6th ???
@Myrussell67 we live in Florida. Lots of flat roads that go fpr miles here lol
Would it be crazy to try to get to 200 HRP?
Hrp? I have gotten 201whp on my zx10r. Has a 2022 motor in it but we did make 201 whp on 93 pump gas 👍
@@provenpowercycles lol driving and tx. Cab driver.lol
what's the max you've got from a zx10r..??
210whp on a stock motor so far. It was tuned on MR12 not pump gas.
@@provenpowercycles wow.... i think it was the same 2016 project bike

188 is low.. they can easily make 197hp!
With the right dyno anything is possible.
Your customer will be super happy with your excellent work and tune
Thank you for the good words 🙏
Man who’s sexy k8 gsxr is that? 🫣😂
