For anyone considering hydrocortisone creams, please do a little research if it is your first time using it (and even if it isn't). In many countries hydrocortisone creams can only be prescribed by a doctor (for good reason). It is not meant to be used for long periods of time and it is not meant to be used multiple times a day for months/years on end. I have eczema prone skin and was prescribed hydrocortisone creams by my dermatologist. I ended up with a skin condition called Topical steroid withdrawal, which is a horrible debilitating condition that took me years to recover from. I'm not saying you should never use it, but please be careful and maybe take 5 minutes of your time to look up topical steroid withdrawal (TSW) so you know what the risks are if you use it wrong. I wouldn't wish TSW on anyone and there are many other things to try that are a lot less harmful than steroid creams X

Yep both me and my sister has had eczema our whole lives and were consistently prescribed cortisone cream non stop. We never knew the risks of using it. Never was told by a single doctor the risks and we were continued to be prescribed it. A few years ago my sister started getting TSW and it was the most horrible experience. It took years for her to feel normal again. I wouldn’t wish that upon anyone. Since then I haven’t used steroid cream at all

Thanks for the great video, Hyram! My skin is not sensitive in general, but it took me A WHILE to understand my skin is not okay with chemical sunscreens. I tried a bunch of them, and it broke me out every time. After I switched back to the mineral ones, skin got back to its normal condition. Last chemical sunscreen I tried was BOJ Matte Sun stick. So many people told how great it is, especially for oily acne-prone skin, and I felt so frustrated getting cystic pimples after 3 days of using it! Now i probably will never ever experiment with trying new chemical sunscreens

I use Aveeno Calm and Restore Nourishing Oat Cleanser because it's the only thing I have found I haven't reacted to...but gosh darn I hate it. It's weird and gloopy and doesn't spread well and my face never feels clean afterwards. Honestly I just go days without cleansing sometimes because my skin feels better when I don't use it at all. It is so important to read and look up ingredients. You could be reacting to a specific ingredient.
I can not use cleansers that have cocamidopropyl betaine or any combination of cocamidopropyl. I will break out in a rash. It is so hard to find a shampoo without this ingredient.
Also, hair care products can cause reactions.
I also can't use anything with fragrance or essential oil. Again, limited hair care products that are fragrance free.
It is so important to find the root cause because you should not use medicated creams long term.

Often their binders, and zinc, are alergenic. I've tried all of your recommendations, and have had terrible reactions to all of them. Oxybenzone free kid/hybrid sunscreen is defiantly an option though.

Hyram the conglomerating brand we want. Like the best.
Like I don’t people know how difficult it is to make a global brand on the internet where a person has to be everything to everyone.
Yeah is there white supremacy and it’s consequences but like why aren’t we talking about the weird interdependence with east Asia and like their weird society that is like eugenics in a very homogeneous country and nobody even checks East Asian countries on that. And like so far from what I see from East Asian influencers gosh guys they weren’t even pulling their weight, it’s literally forever 21 gulag or Panda Express gulag. Cause when it comes to hyper consumerism why would we either talk about like makes society and where do we have pluralism for everyone. But y’all if productization and computational is just always going to be there Lamar over le mer, for me personally.
