I got diagnosed with ME when I was 11 (I’m now almost 35) I promise it does get easier - never lose hope xo
I understand how you feel. I’m 54 and have had ME/CFS since I was 28. I also suffer from depression and anxiety. Like you I would like to borrow some hope. Take care Cher x
I, too, have MECFS and Fibromyalgia! I was diagnosed 8 years ago and I'm 46 now. I had managed to get some of my symptoms into remission, but had a major relapse this year. I've never struggled so much with my mental health and I've had the highest levels of pain since my first year of sickness😢 Although I wouldn't wish these chronic illnesses on anyone, it is comforting to know I'm not alone. I will also borrow some courage from our dear friend @jamerrill ❤️🩹🥹

Over the past few weeks your videos have helped me get through a difficult time (I am had a miscarriage in July) and now finding out that we are now expecting our rainbow baby in may. I love how you always find the positive in every situation and trust God. Thank you for all that you do.

I have no idea of why this platform recommended this video to me but I can help a bit with something. You need a microphone that you can get very close to your mouth, especially when you are in a noisy space. You want it to be cardioid with a lot of off-axis rejection. Audio is a very big deal in any production, I hope this helps...

I'm so here for all the wholesome, real life Mama/family stuff. I only have one child who is now 22. She has additional needs so we're her legal guardians. I come from a very abusive childhood so I get to break that cycle with my own girlie, but I could also use a big dose of hope!

Welcome my friend ❤we all need a virtual hug and have an interesting experience I'm doing weight loss with my daughter so attending a class the class organiser was talking about lifting each other up and at the end her mother practically ran across the room to tell my daughter she was showing to much flesh she wasn't and I was thinking so this is why your daughter has weight problems
