Noemi. I've noticed you mentioning 'vertigo' more than once. This could be related to BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), an inner ear problem. Be very careful turning over in bed. Do it slowly, resting in a prone position after your initial turn, then turn again. This really helped me. Good luck! Love your new studio!

Noemi. I've noticed you mentioning 'vertigo' more than once. This could be related to BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), an inner ear problem. Be very careful turning over in bed. Do it slowly, resting in a prone position after your initial turn, then turn again. This really helped me. Good luck! Love your new studio!
