So, the police find a room rented for children by adults, yet there are no consequences? These kids and parents have been out of control and the police and politicians have looked the other way. Somehow this curfew is going to solve the problem, yet there's been a city curfew for at least 30 years.
This aint new PG County always had a curfew. Over time they just stopped enforcing it.

WOW, this is disgusting. Its not a curfew, its jail for some. Thats why they're not at home.
