DANG!!!! Praying for everyone and hoping everyone is safe!!!!
High rise building make their own wind tunnels.
Imagine being inside when your widows blow out
Happened in downtown Atlanta some time ago too.
Prayers goes out
Silence comes in
I’ve worked at the Wells Fargo building and the old FIP building and experienced several of the windows blown out from high winds with multiple storms in the past. Believe me this is the worse than I’ve ever seen it.. Recovery is going to take time..
I haven't been to Houston since the 80's and wow is it different.
There were more broken Windows Downtown during this than in Alicia "1983" and Ike "2008"!
A twister hit??
all of the cracked but not blown out windows look like they were impacted..
"Blown out" more like shattered in...😂😂😂
ABC doesn't know the English ABC's!
Reminds me of a certain movie on a certain day
Gov Abbott shut off the
power to prevent a
power outtage.
This is why I would never live in a place like this. Too many helicopters all over flying into everything.
I'd rather live a country or near-wilderness life. And I'm glad that I do.
No one asked
Are building codes as lax as firearm restrictions in Texas?
Wow- good geo-engineering !
Why is one building damaged with blown windows. Shoddy construction.
Possible debris hit causing the shatter
Looks like the Philip Johnson's famous buildings, like Pennzoil Place and The Bank of America escaped damage, although I didn't see all of it.

You know? I am just finding it difficult to care about anything that happens to Texans.
How tragic. 🙂↕️
Almost as tragic as any weekend on the mean streets of Chicago.
Im from Chicago but I don’t like to tell people because of how bad it’s getting.
You should see the windows in Palestine.
😮
. . . And Israel
Go figure. Lots of windows in tall buildings in an area that has frequent bad wind storms. I wonder if the insurance companies will raise my premium to cover the loss? And I am over 1,000 miles away.
You have a lot of corporate insurance, do you?
@@Threedog1963 So when hurricane Andrew hit Florida insurance rates went up on the West Coast to cover the loss. Expect insurance companies that are paying out claims in Houston to pass those losses to every facet of the people they insure. Home. Auto. Life. Etc. In places such a Boston and Chicago and the West Coast. Because they are part of the Houston Metro Area as defined by a greedy insurance company.
