Verbally is Orally in Japanese. Interesting decision, but respectable.
      But then what is Vocally?

@@AyarARJ There is no exact one-to-one translation to that. The best you can do is 声を大にする (koe o dai ni suru) which is "to emphasize", which doesn't fit here. So, you are kinda stuck with "koutou de kanja kimochi o utaeta", or something along those lines, "conveyed verbally my feelings of gratitude." or in the above example, "Korekara ha, koutou de kanja kimochi o utau" (From now on, I'll express verbally my gratitude.)

English speakers used to say this way.
But since the early 2000’s not anymore…because it’s been perverted.
I had an English teacher (older generation) tell me that
“the test will be given orally”
“I’ll give it to you orally “
I pretended I was okay but I was shocked 😳 on the inside.
I didn’t know you can say it like that in English without it being dirty.

    That was brilliant and hilarious.
When the guy said "yes" i thought you were going to day something like "As you can see I'm obviously very mad at you"
Either way your deadpan expression is perfect

I'm curious. They say japanese humor is different. Would similar jokes also work with a japanese audience?
