Most people who have English as a secondary language use English daily, but also use their primary language frequently for family, and thus retain the accent that they grew up with. You can always seek help through speech therapy, which teaches you to build that muscle memory, but most people won't because it's a lot of extra effort for something that really doesn't make much of a difference (to other people).
There are three possibilities, you either don't know what clitoris looks like, what edamame looks like, or both. Google is your friend. Just don't search for "frozen clitoris" :)

The fact that she does this in her second language, is very very impressive. I speak Japanese, and when I have heard her speaking it, she sounds TOTALLY like she was born and raised in the language: no foreign accent whatsoever. She has lived in Canada for 10 years, though, and if she studied hard -- which I am 100% sure that she did -- I could see a decade making her this good at English. She *might* be playing up her accent a bit for the sake of the jokes, but she isn't being too over the top, either.
This kind of proves that jokes are more about timing and presentation than the joke itself. If Amy Schumer said any of these jokes in a white variant I'd have the biggest stale face.

White people are the most diverse when it comes to appearances tho, like all asians have black hair, eyes, same skin colour, and eye colour same with Indians and blacks, white people are the only ones that have more than one hair colour blonde, brown, orange etc same with eye colour and have a wide range of skin colours so that argument really doesnt work

White people skin ranges from light to tan, sometime with orange or pink undertone. The only colour that is dominant on them is differnt coloured eyes or hair, but to call white people 'the most diverse' is factually incorrect.
@@worm6942 also indians come in many skintone and eye colour, so does east asians (with the skintone and hairtype) and the middle east(eye colour).

The fact that she does this in her second language, is very very impressive. I speak Japanese, and when I have heard her speaking it, she sounds TOTALLY like she was born and raised in the language: no foreign accent whatsoever. She has lived in Canada for 10 years, though, and if she studied hard -- which I am 100% sure that she did -- I could see a decade making her this good at English. She *might* be playing up her accent a bit for the sake of the jokes, but she isn't being too over the top, either.
This kind of proves that jokes are more about timing and presentation than the joke itself. If Amy Schumer said any of these jokes in a white variant I'd have the biggest stale face.

It seems like she moved to North America as an adult. It’s hard for adults to lose their accent, but I’m sure if she made an effort, it could be less accented.
