This series should be taught in all high school life experiences courses starting in their freshman year. The adolescent of today can handle this emotionally . What a tragedy if this series disappears . The increase in suicide proves the necessity of John Bradshaw ‘s wisdom .

Absolutely, John Bradshaw is a Universal Treasure. Incredibly insightful and relevant. How much of the worlds destruction stems from adults damaged as children.

My wife knew nothing about babies, but I did ~ I told her to never let a baby cry ~ they only cry out of bad habit if their needs don't get met ~ my 3 sons, rarely if ever, cried !!
Relationships: Where I have the power, I will use it fairly ~ but you can see only your own point of view !!
My 3 sons didn't have "the terrible 2's" ~ my middle son had few episodes of 'being difficult' which I handled well with pure patience ~ and, he also trashed his bedroom once, and peed in his waste-paper bin' ~ I handled this with pure acceptance, and it never happened again !!

Listening to Bradshaw I am hearing what contemporary or more recent modalities of therapy are promoting with new language as if recent discovery.
Yes, his work is evolutionary..still relative in many ways today, even as conciousness evolves across the internet...I enjoyed one of his last interviews where he mentioned "he works at recovery" even in the later years of his life... I so respect the az I find I too , still have to work at the facets of my recovery
